oh my...sony ericsson fanboys, get your head out of the sand, please!
dual-core proccessors just a gimmick??
please then explain why all the handsets with them absolutely fly?! my SGS2 is the fastest, most brilliant handset in the world and anyone thinking of buying the arc s instead of the SGS2 needs to be shipped off to the local mental hospital

A perfect balanced handset and easily one of the smartest looking devices on the market, however its not just looks, hardware packs a punch and the phone ticks pretty much every box.

The Arc s is an amazing phone. The screen quality looks excellent due to the Bravia Engine. The Camera quality is so good,(Jaw dropping is a good term to use) Its made even better with the new 3D panoramic camera. The 1.4 GHz Scorpion CPU makes the phone feel even smoother than the Arc. (which was already a a fast handset). Value for money this phone beats all the competition. Some very good deals out there.

I really love Experia Arc S, because of its design, speed, and its features. I have ordered the Arc S and I really eager to hold in my hands. More power to SE. I hope by next year SE would have dual-core smartphones.

as for experia arc S is an awsome smartphone, it never lags, its design is unique, gorgeous, easy to hold. Its speed is good, very good in video and camera. I prefer this awsome phone rather than samsung s2.

i hope this phone can update the device to ICS ... i have the arc s , the speed is ok. Anyway, the think i like about this phone the most is The design. However, about the heat up , it is standing No 1 ; this phone almost burning my hand after 1 hour using and that is its disadvantage.

This is by far the BEST CAMERA PHONE on the Market. The amount of detail it captures and the clerity is fantastic. No mobile phone camera comes close. And the Arc S with its additional power (1.4 GH Processor) and 3D Panaromic Capture makes it a contender for one of the best phones of 2011.

I work for a communtication company, and recently went to the London Inernational Tecnology Event at the Excel. As an Arc user the experience with the Arc S over the Arc Is a significant upgrade. I understand the issues with single core performance but as android is only Single-core optimized until the release of ICS then this is the right upgrade especially as its cheaper than the original, there still is no better camera on the market.

Has Sony fixed the alarm bug? The Arc has a very serious bug where when alarm goes off it cannot be snoozed or dismissed. The stupid s/w buttons disappear and any button press (hardware or software) should be interpreted as an attempt to snooze - but the Sony does not do that. The only solution is to power off the device. Sony, wake up!

Changes are not worth to buy, minimalistic changes, not dual core, lack of previous crt animations, sms dialog deleted...only thing thats positive is the price which is much cheaper then the 500 euros i spend on the first Arc ... if only i knew i would have waited ...

Why GSMArena never shows poor lightning samples of other cameraphones? Please GSMArena, consider doing that, it's a very important aspect of a cameraphone.
