Looking at LG OPTIMUS BLACK specs, I would say it would more than likely
support running ICS...

Probably not,,,
"Ram : The Ram of your device should be of a minimum of 256 Mb which would handle the large applications.
GPU : There should be decent enough GPU on your device to process all the queries in the background"
Galaxy S1 and S2 are definitely in.

Are this Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich coming in Samsung Galaxy S2 ???.I hope so!.
Looks much more better,what new Android 2.3.4 version. ;)
