The CBD display on N9 and Lumia 800 is something special. I don't know how Nokia does it, but the display looks absolutely fantastic.

To me it looks better than SGS II, even though its Pentile AMOLED. I guess there is something to the CBD, the curved display and the way they attach the screen and the glass.

Will wait for next WP7 Nokia phone to come out. I definitely need Skype integration, FM radio and card slot.

Meantime, I will stick to my old E72.

I think it's a weak start to their WP7 devices... Announcing two devices that are very similiar.

Hopefully we see more handsets soon..

Vinay, 26 Oct 2011Dear Mr. GSMArena Admin, No doubt the announcements are ... moreYou really think it was the cameras that held them back? Really? C'mon.

It was (and is) Symbian^3 - most phones sold and in the field today are still not updated to Anna, and Belle is really the update that will bring Sym^3 up to speed with its competitors. Full-focus isn't bad, really. It's not the best, but it's hardly the reason these handsets failed to be big hits the way SGS was.

AnonD-252, 26 Oct 2011These Nokia WP7 come to Sweden early 2012, and that is more... moreI have to disagree. The hardware in the phone isn't as important as the performance of the device. Also, the Lumia 800's shell is not just a pretty face: the unibody shape and high-quality materials will ensure it is physically very durable.

In the past Nokia has paired low-power hardware with their own software (N97/mini, anybody?) resulting in phones that just performed terribly. Nokia has finally given up on trying to do flagship software and left that to the world's most successful software company (Microsoft). About time! They are clearly working to MS' specification requirements with these WP7.5 devices, and so long as the machine performs well I don't see how the hardware details matter.

Nokia N9 and Lumia 800 are GREAT looking phones, but Win 7 is ugly uncustomizable abominaton of an OS!

These Nokia WP7 come to Sweden early 2012, and that is more than a year later than Samsung Galaxy S was released! Any OS run smooth on 1.4 GHz cpu, even WP7 and Symbian...!
Nokia make good phone-shells/casing, but a phone is more than a colourful plastic shell! Nokia look good on the outside, but it is the hardware inside the phone that is important!
Only 16 Gb memory prove it is targeted at older businessmen, with large buttons on the startscreen easy to see even for really old men, it is not for young gamers or moviefans!

I want a Nokia 701 slider to replace my C6 ,Nokia!! WPhone have no memory card slot, no FM transmitter, no secondary camera,no USB on the go, no NFC support, no TV out and use microsim card only . Should have put symbian belle in that sea ray with N8 hardware or put Nokia N8 hardware in the Lumia.
