Another laughable camera article from GSM. First thing my friend did when he got a SGS2 was test the exact same shot in a club against my ARC. No contest, Arc smoked it for low light everytime.

Second off nice generalizing saying if you like Nokia or Android that automatically means you hate everyone and hold grudges......You're really smart. Sounds to me like you are hiding behind scapegoats. And if you paid attention to the comments here and gsmarena's reviews and other reviews you would know a lot of info in this review is bogus.
I am a fan of Android and Galaxy S line and Samsung in general. Not because I'm blind, but because they are amazing. I do not dislike any other person or phone or device here for no reason. If someone is sputing non sense or a company is doing stupid, evil, or illegal things.THEN I have a problem. I think Android is overall the best in os and that with useability, os, durability, performance, specs, and awesomeness wise the Galaxy S just overall has the most to offer. That does not mean people cannot like other phones or companies. I think Nokia is amazing at stableness, customer support, durability, and has a lot of time and experience backing them. They also have had some of the most epic camera phones. As has Samsung. I think the Iphone is a decent phone, but a lot of people who use it tend to piss many people off and that it has been sorta lacking up til recently. Also that Apple has done many shady and unjust things. I think Sony in general has only recently stepped up to the epic smart phones though have had good phones. I believe the phones are better then there other electronics which seem to be made at fast pace at the expense of quality...like psps. horribly lacking in quality and advancement. And the PSP phone was far outdated before it was ever even released. HTC has been doing really good for a long time. Though I think as good as they have done they held back some. And Motorola has always been big and with the Droid did very good although it could be a bit buggy, and with the return of the Razr in the Droid Razr they are taking and epic step. So on ad so forth.

I just did my own comparison test.
I took my daughters iphone 4s into vodafone store and snapped a few shots with xperia arc s, galaxy i9100, nokia n9 and iphone 4s.
I bluetooth all images from all phones to my n86, except iphone 4s :(
Anyhow, when I got home I compared them.
Just my own judgement tossup between xperia arc s & galaxy i9100 for 1st place, 3rd iphone 4s, 4th nokia n9.
I was really looking at getting the 4s no matter which way it went but the bluetooth incident gave me the shits big time, so I don’t know now.
I think I’ll hold onto my n86 for another six months.

N8 is better. it's about 8 mpx, so N8 is not included. That's normal and fine. But in general N8 has the best camera unit in mobile world. Period.

All i can say is that if ur a nokia, and android fan then you will hold alot of grudges n hates. End of story n please stop saying the n8 is better for god sake plz read the topic it saids 8mp shootout not 12mp u rookie mobile. Accept the fact or hate it its up to u.

I prefer the nokia carl ziess optics camera, i'd admit on the "Check Quality" option compare the Iphone 4s with a 6700 slide and to be honest they are similar but i still say the 6700 is much more crisper than the iphones'

Ok i have been a huge follower of Gsm arena, great website and always delivering the best news and features.
Now Im an SE user, i have used other brands and I got to agree with some of the people here that this review is very biased. Especially about the N9 that is a joke calling the flash poor, it is dual LED and thats the best you well get next to xenon flash so really I agree with the majority of the people here and put out a voting system and keep the identities of the devices hidden, this would really show what is best.
Another good feature which i think GSM should do, is what would be similar to Esato does. Let users put up their own photos on their own devices. This would really show the true performance of that certain device. I am quite disappointed with this review though, and it has put me off Gsm Arena to be honest.
Sort out it out GSM Arena and dont let Apple bully you!!

I am just bought myself a beautiful apartment in Sydneys harbour, and it was on the NEWS that Sydney is now the most expensive place in the world to live. I am not rich, as in own a basketball team rich, heck im not even Own a McDonalds rich, but I do drive a $70K car, and have a house and my friend to me a phone worth $1000AUD (64GB in Australia) is an expensive piece of whqat is essentially just a phone. And to me its something not everyone can afford. And very silly to think that just becuase YOU can afford a phone, that EVERYONE can. Iggnorant and silly, the world is abig place no need to talk rubbish. TBH most people only afford them (out of the 10A% of the wealth holders of the world) by getting them on a plan. I know what your going for. And its weak.

As a Symbian user from the same beggining I don't see a purpose in fight with android users or anyone else.
I like simplicity of IOS and how smooth it is.
Android is still far behind.
Android evolution on the other hand is incredibly.
I wish Nokia had done the same with Symbian.
I can just imagine how Symbian would look like today.
They didn't. It's a pity.
Anyway, I don't see any logical reason why most of android users bashing so much Symbian and Nokia phones.
It;s not only huge piece of a history.
They are still usable and can be great companions.
I don't need dual cores, gigs of ram 5 inch displays. I just DO NOT NEED IT.
I have free sat nav, great display (amoled, though not CBD on N8), best camera (I use it a lot so it must be great), good battery life, files manager straight out of the box, simple ui (I know I know...if something doesn't look like IOS is not simple...Symbian IS simple and every system needs a time to get used to!), great build quality, dual charging, usb otg (i use it a lot), hdmi port (which is ten times better than mhl or dlna (you can't just transfer your 1080p videos from a phone straight to the tv using mhl...it will be converted to 720p anyway), dictionaries, and so on so on.
I don't use ovi store because I have other sites which I can get apps from.
I mus agree with one. Most of android users behave like they would buy first phone in their life.
Everything else is stupid, useless and pure crap. OOnly their precious phone matters. They are not even aware of it's limitations but they are bashing everything else.
I had a milestone once.
Good phone (camera was a crap). really interesting, great display, keyboard was ok.
I have N900 too. Wonderful device.
I got many devices in my life so I have a right to express my opinions.
I'm not "poor" because I cannot afford newest and biggest android phones. I just don't need them.
It's a matter of personal taste and needs.
I'm love technology, but I'm not a geek and I don't need the fastest, the newest, the biggest every single day. I don't care about benchmarks too.
