1.Open Windows Registry Editor by typing regedit in your start menu
2.Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetEnumUSB¬
3.Perform a search for ZuneDriver
1.The search should yield a result similar to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetEnumUSB¬VID_045E&PID_04EC&MI_006&27ffd631&am¬p;0&0000Device ParametersWUDF
4.Click up one level to the Device Parameters key
5.Change ShowInShell from 0 to 1
6.Change PortableDeviceNameSpaceExcludeFromShell from 1 to 0
7.Change EnableLegacySupport from 0 to 1
8.Change EnableDefaultAutoPlaySupport
VOILA! plug in your phone with the USB cable & connect it to your PC. Mass Storage enabled...no more ZUNE

Gee windows os with out the capability to work. my 710 is a piece of junk no flash player available most apps I want to use will not work with this os never thought I'd say it but my android worked better. At least they made software and flash player for it.

Nokia rocked.. Still rocks.. And will rock forever.. Those jealous are the ones complaining bout dis phone , it doesn't have dis doesn't have dat , wen they dont even know of what exactly is used for . So guys shut the f*#k up and dont keep complaining like a kid who cries and complain after being fed full. And this is for android and ios fans , have you got nothing to do other than complain wen you know your phones have its own problems and you guys also know nothing is perfect right or just came to know now lol

It is a nice phone but main problem is mass storage and file transfering via Bluetooth and why the Nokia is compermising its quality it is going to disappoint the customers please maintain quality

phone is not seems worth when it comes to memory storing...the old problem of still continues with hang issues.it gets hang most of the time and gets heated while using internet...it also consumes a battery.

Nice entry level smartphone.This is what Nokia needs to get back in USA and with with price for $39 on T-Mobile it will be success story
