As an amateur photographer, using a Samsung G600 (and still getting decent pics: https://www.facebook.com/#!/media/set/?set=a.10150419377490655.639071.722705654&type=3), this phone is very exciting to me. I am anxious to know how much it is going to cost as I believe it will be a must-have next to my Kodak HD camcorder.

Microphones changes,
You're Pretty much right that most things circulate around the 41 MP Camera only... and not much is new over N8.
But if I'm a satisfied N8 owner, what more can I want from 808 after all? N8 is a great phone, and this should better it.

they say it cud ... more@ toddler: Yes, it will play HD videos easily, on the screen or over HDMI interface to a HD Television...
I have a Nokia N8, and it can play, edit, record 720p videos... Play 720p of almost any bitrate... If I try playing 1080p, it gives only audio, no video.
Similarly, 808 should be able to play, record, edit 1080p HD videos easily...
Any phone that can record a video, can play that video, ok? Its very obvious.
Of course, screen pixels mean that details will be lesser when you view it on mobile screen. but it will play smoothly! Hope this helps...

I was Nokia fanatic but now leave Nokia after N97 serries. Nokia have a lot of innovation but always late come into the market. By the time it come there is other product of choice. If Nokia wan a lead like this "PureView 808" please don't be late to get in to the market not the way like SE till no one interested in their technology.
Please hurry get this "PureView 808" ready for sale now!!!!

If Nokia can seem to develop better cameras for its mobiles,why couldn"t they be able to Develop Symbia further as is its been about for ages,but then Nokia put a man in charge who didn"t seem to think about Nokias loyal users an had is own plan worked out with is old employees,who were struggling to compete in the Smartphone market,an then he knew that money would be invested into Nokia to save them,an on Febuary 11th 2011 is plan started by saying "Symbian is Dead" an then Nokia have really struggled to compete in the Smartphone market but were not bothered with Microsoft paying Nokia 250million dollars to pick Windows,an Mr Elop thought Windows would be succesful buts its not,an lost alot of Loyal Nokia users switching to Android,because Windows is to Restricted an more like copying the iPhone,hope the 808 shows to Nokia that Symbian is alot more popular than the Lumia phones
