OLED, 10 Mar 2012"It's characterized by deep blacks (zero light coming ... moreu got a faulty OLED display if u r in warrenty replace it ,or ur just against sgs2 and want to say its screen is no good .cause I get pure black .viewing angles is also 100% same with my 4 other friends who have sgs2.

Way 2 go sony ! Its nt abt hardware. Its abt optimized software 2 make use f the best of hardware and SONYgt it ! Viewing angels dont trouble the owner but thoz people who r gna peep frm side. And Sammy guys plz stp peeping in to Xperia S HD display with 342ppi !

Even the upscaled SGS II camera doesn't stand a chance against the normal xperia S camera,although both are 12MP.

Camera is better than all flagships previously released except the N8. Last year's flaghships don't even have a fast capture camera. The design is new unlike those released by Samsung which looks like garbage. Samsung's design are so cheap and old. Xperia's design will never be outdated. It's timeless.

It means that they released it just in time.

how about the HD screen, great design, and the camera. GS2 looks like a garbage when compared side by side to Xperia S.

I always like these kind of reviews. It makes me laugh to see how these sony fanboys get so persistent everytime their phone gets obviously beaten by a samsung device and not accept defeat. lol!

SuperAMOLED Plus has deep blacks, even deeper than the SuperAMOLED on the Galaxy S but saying there is zero light coming from the black pixels is wrong, anyone can take the phone to a totally dark room and you can see a faint shade of grey and some may see dots,blotches or something that looks like a water residue behind the screen.
Viewing angles on Galaxy S2 is a hit or miss, some have great viewing angles but most have very limited angles and show either a green tint or blue tint on whites when slightly tilted.
