Quad-core shootout: Four of a kind

Let's be honest people...the benchmark results were really close, too close to make a difference in the real life. But if you want a phone that can match even the allmighty overrated SIII, get yourself an LG Optimus 4X HD. It's the cheapest and it offers the best experience. Forget LG's problems with updating their devices, I believe that with this phone they eventually realised what their clients want from them and this can only be good for us, the consumers. This is a cool device and it deserves every penny. From now on, we will see a change in smartphone world domination...look out Samsung, here comes LG!

From my perspective I am looking for a more integrated software hardware package with more business focus. Think I will wait and look at the WP8 devices, including what Samsung has in the pipeline, as opposed to rushing into these devices, as good as they are. I am not into games, hell guys get a life, but camera, video, and full business integration has to be a must so yep, more waiting it is. Samsung and HTC has wp8 devices coming out, and the Nokia 920 seems a cracker, so I am not in the market for synthetic benchmarks.

aoba , 20 Aug 2012I will not buy any of these phones because they only copyin... moreiPhone first to have 1GB Ram?? Erm nope....
iPhone first to have dual core processor?? Erm..... Nope.
iPhone first to have 8mp camera?? erm... Nope
So who's copying who here?? The only "New" iPhone was the first one. Since then other manufacturers have taken what it did and improved it, not copied it.
iPhone 5 first to have quad core processor?? erm, nope....
See where I'm going with this? Since the first one, all Apple have done is play catch up in a large number of areas. How is that innovation?

LG Optimus 4X HD all the way! The Tegra processor is much faster and the camera is also very good. S3 goes out of my consideration as its looks are just a letdown :(

Well, the only thing this test will tell anyone, is that quad core phones are powerful. If you want a powerphone, go buy one. It is you and you only as a person can decide witch phone is the prettyest and what phone has the more battery life(if you use it less. Go for the one with the more battery capacity and opposite)

There is a few things you need to fix in your review.
Firstly the PPI is 292. Second it does utilize Gorilla Glass. Thirdly it blows everyone but the SGS3 away in the benchmarks section, and it should be recognized as such.
What's with the obvious prejudice?
