Played with Surface at the Microsoft Store. The keyboard options are absolutely TERRIBLE. The colored keyboards have no tactile response and it feels like typing on a table mat. The second option, a black keyboard with chiclet keys, feels flimsy and has a delay between typing and the characters showing up on the screen. I noticed this on several different Surface devices, in their own store. I went in to make a purchase; I left unconvinced, and now I await Lenovo's Windows Tablet offering. They have the best keyboards around for laptops, so hopefully that translates well to their tablet product.

The surface pro looks great! It has an active digitizer, aka the pen is like that of the galaxy note. It also has a 1080p screen, and screen size is not really a concern, I have been using small laptops for ages.

eagerly ... moreWhy people want surface pro? It cost so much and do you really think those normal windows softwares are easy to use with touchscreen? Those softwares are made before touchscreen.
Or are you going to use your pro with mouse and keyboard? If the answer is yes, why just dont buy much better laptop?
