I have a Note2 with android 4.1.1 and I am very angry on the sound setings. I can not turn off the notification sound when on mute, only seperatly. This is very anoing when you need to make it guick. I tried also profiles apps, but there are no good ones free. Pls help. Tks.

this is a great post but there are also some more apps that deserves a mention here.. also it would be even great if a similar post can be done for android games.. thank you

Take time and fix your problems,you 99% most likely caused them. Abuse your iPod and don't baby it. It'll crash too.

How is there no Quickpic?
Moboplayer? Avast!Security? Barcode Scanner? Swiftkey? ES Explorer? Color Flashlight? Alarm Clock Plus? RealCalc? And let us not forget,Super aTool Box {easier to search superbox}

Believe it or not android apps crashes more as compared to ios,hardly its been a over a month i bought new galaxy nexus and because of some problems i need to reset my phone 4 times even thought i browse none of harmful websites and browse only maps,mob websites sports news and the Google play store.On the other hand i had n new ipod touch 5g very user friendly and none of its apps have been crashed yet.!!!!!!!!!!
so any reply??????

Good article :)Tasker isn't easy. It took me a full day of playing around to understand its workings. Automation isn't for noobs.
Now that I've gotten it, I must say its the best purchase I made on play store. :-) .

About lag, that depends on users too. If you make many apps running at background or force playing heavy games that actually it is not recommended to your Android, the result will lag.

AnonD-252, 30 Dec 2012Chrome and Firefox and Opera mini are among the worst brows... moreIMHO Lunascape is the best browser, all websites are loaded as if they were app versions and there is no issues with copying and pasting content, as I have experienced with Boat and Dolphin.
I'd still use Opera if I could, but I had some certification issues when I reloaded a Titanium backup, which disabled Opera. After trying everything out there, Lunascape is the best browser and I now prefer it for it's simplicity and functionality.
