The black version I have is completely different from the one that is shown here. It is more threaded interwoven marks but shining more like silver than actual black. It says Black mist.

A lot of good details provided, yet nothing on the SECURITY features. What about SELinux? That is a really important feature that has the potential to be very protective for everyone... yet isn't touched on, identified, reviewed... nothing.

Review of SGS4 from The Verge:
On the design:
"I don't like holding this phone, and I can't overstate how much that informs the experience of using it. It makes an awful first impression, slippery and slimy and simply unpleasant in your hand...
...Everyone I showed the GS4 to frowned and wrinkled their nose as if it smelled bad, before rubbing their fingers on the back of the phone and then handing it back to me — that's the opposite of the standard reaction to HTC’s One, which everyone wants to ogle and hold."
Wrap Up:
"That's why, when my contract is up in June, I'll probably be casting my lot with HTC instead of Samsung."

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, xperia z might seem to look nice, HTC butterfly is actually better than the z, also the z is not so nice to handle, and if s4 is somewhat similar to S3, then it should be a winner for me. After reading the review, the only thing I have reserve about is the field of view of the video recorder, but it is something that can be resolved with a software update, so no biggie, so when it launches here in my country, its one for me and one for my lovely lady, we both need a new phone.

Will buy this phone, but...
Anyone notice audio is still reversed in video recording? The same as in s3. It just stupid HEARING the cars drive to the left, in the video posted in the review, when they actually drive to the right side. Check it out.
Left and right side is mixed up. It's been over a year since s3 came out and still no fix for this obvious faulty firmware.

I stay loyal to Samsung Galaxy product line but what is actually the key feature of S4? I can see many nice features in the phone but which one is the one that makes you to buy it?

Seems that SGS4 can't match SGS3 hype.
Gizmodo review: Better, but not best
All Things D review: Good, but not great, step up
Anyone sensing the pattern here?

My Galaxy SII fell so many times but it's PLASTIC body was the reason for it NOT to brake!
It may look cheep but it helps it survive
(and I have never used any covers to protect it)

Pretty much the only complaint is design and most people get a case anyways, regardless of the phone. I like the S4 because I believe it will have the largest developer community and the best hardware overall, which is all that matters to me with an Android device

Even this glowing cant cover up the truth, comments here are far more negative than when SGS3 review came out. Fact is, other phones have caught up and have even leapfrogged Samsung in terms of build quality.
No matter how much the justification for plastic, it doesn't explain why Samsung themselves are now considering a metal SGS3, as well as a move to metal on future phones. That is simply an admission on Samsung's part.
