Anyone to tell me how many is the amount of S4's free ram after a fresh start? My s3 says in task manager that there is 680/ 836 MB..(1 GB ram...) It is the no lte international version. I'm very curious what the S4 task managar says about its 2 GBs of ram.. sry for bad english..

With all my empathy, I can not understand how anyone can hate on the AMOLED screens. While the phone is all around great, its display is probably the coolest single thing in the SGS series, the display and its colors are really viral, usually people see that and ask about it then they buy the phone solely because of the mouthwatering screen. It's really such a joy to just look at, power it on. No LCD can give you that pleasant feeling.

Samsung even had a metal SGS4 prototype, which they loved, but had to settle for plastic cos they couldn't produce enough

You you forgot to mention the excellent flipcovers, even the new smart-cover.
Another reason to go for polycarbonate so you can use the flipcovers!
No other manufacturer has this (i think)!!
So if you want flip covers/micro-sd/removable battery there is just only one choice.....

People howling about plastics are going to buy a plastic cover for their phones. And more importantly, it’s polycarbonate. Nevertheless some people will not understand the fact that there is a reason for Samsung to choose this material. If Samsung would have chosen aluminum with non-removable battery, then people would still have criticized Samsung for not supplying a non-removable battery and a micro SD Card slot. If Samsung would have chosen LCD screen over AMOLED then there will be more people complaining about the LCD screens. FYI: Polycarbonates are more expensive to produce than aluminum and LED’s are pricier than LCDs. So we do get the opportunity of getting a wholesome magnificence over cheaper materials. I do concur with the actuality that the design is a little outmoded by now and HTC has come up with something really outstanding with HTC One’s design, but people also look for performance. This is not to say that HTC One is a bad performer, but Samsung Galaxy S4 is better in that segment. If only SGS4 would have had a better design, it could have stormed the gate of success without any barriers. Nonetheless, it still has its own benefit if you look at the other side over HTC One. You get a removable battery, micro SD card slot, some good amount of customization over the stock Android, useful software tricks and many more. SGS4’s only competition at this point is HTC one because you’re not going to take your phone for swimming everyday or you’re not going to text confidently while having a shower. SGS4 wins in many situations from H1 in real world; so at the end it’s only a matter of personal preference. You can choose Design over performance or a hardcore droid over a good looking phone.

maybe in software s4 is a perfect but in special point it place back to htc one..
I think one is most intelligent phone since now..easily I prefer design and build quality in one then go for other abilities..

Perhaps a premium casing too. Because I will be using the phone most of the time, than actually admiring how nice the finishing or design is, functions of a phone is more important to me. No matter how beautiful a design is, one will get bored of it over time but not functions and speed. I can admire much better higher resolution photos while a very sleek looking phone which produces mere 4MP photos. I can toggle switches easily via the pull down notification shade while a aluminum built phone will require additional steps whenever the user need to toggle wifi / bluetooth, etc (out of the box). I can rearrange home screens as and when I like while this can't be done on the One and only phone.... Feasibility functions > looks.
So, with a premium casing, finger prints or not, is not longer an issue. Glass, aluminum or plastic will not be a matter anymore to me.
