5 inch isn't advantage its only personal idea..
4.7 inch is more comfortable and better dpi as we can see one's screen beats s4 and z easily.

I am use one & z.The powerfull set is one its more beauty & use easly more than z.The z is compaire one the one is great.Guys you check other site you can see good thinking of one.

HTC One wins it for me, Sony Xperia Z is good but not as great as the One! Go on different websites and see what other professional and experts say about the HTC One...as far as I know the HTC One already won like 3 big awards of 2013 that's branding the One to be the best phone in 2013!

Both phones are amazing on their own right... It's boils down to a matter of choice. I'm a sony fan but i like the One too.

That's all that counts this review is geeky and too technical, what normal users do when they test the displays of phones is not to test viewing angles and see which one has the deepest blacks. They load a video to see which has better quality and that's where the Z wins hands down.
Phones4u got it absolutely right on the display front. Z is the clear winner, followed by the s4 in a distant second and the htc one in poor third.
When it comes to detail and clarity, the Z wins hands down and I think that will appeal to most people more than viewing angles, deep blacks and all that childish immature crap.
The HTC One is a phone for geeky types and the immature amongst us. Boomsound? Seriously? How old are you guys

well I have to say I'm still one for the Xperia Z,the two are so close to tel which is best i would say its more of a tie so to preference the UI on all levels is much more classy and sophisticated then the HTC one so for me on those levels and design and durabilety Sony Xperia Z all the way. (but the disign was very neck on neck for me) very well done HTC but still team Sony.

In daily interest the HTC barely make it to half that of the Z, and Z beat even the s4, that's the reality of what people is interested in. The Z may have lost some battles here but it won the war. Enjoy your UltraTurd-pixels without a card slot.

Because it always perform well. But my friend already experienced several hang with his SGS3. So, with this One, and maybe Z, removable battery is only for hangable phone, like SGS4 maybe...
