Im curious to find out how the software update improves the camera quality of the One. Some posted that it improves the image quality in good lighting dramatically. I wonder how it will stack up against the Z & the S4 after the update, just to see how "revolutionary" the ultrapixels really are.
Would surely appreciate an update to the One's camera review and comparison tests.

You enjoy the premium feel of the XZ, but comparative reviews tell a different story. They do confirm the nice exterior, but not the performance.

Is polycarbonate dude. Not just simple plastic. We will not afraid of being scratched and exposing the underneath metal like the HTC One.

i never regret buying xperia z .. it based on what i need., i don't need zoe, beats audio with overrated beats earphone (i have shure, klipsich, senheisser).
just curious, what if sony using snapdragon 600 ... it will blow htc one and maybe SIV ,,,
both of these device are good, i do really hope it will raise sony market share

maybe i should be grateful now that the xperia z did not come on my birthday... i don't have to buy it... i still love sony though.. so i would wait for their next flagship (with code 88 something, honami i think).. whenever i buy something, i check first if there's a sony brand.. i have never ever brought a sony product to a repair shop.. that's why i am so hats off with their quality.. other brands just gave me heartaches and headaches.. :)
hopefully, the next flagship would be so much better than the z (i love the z design already).. in terms of design, camera outputs, audio, video, ui, battery, wifi, still it would be waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, etc... go go go sony!!!

I liked samsung before but they disappointed me with the s4 and s3 designs and they will have many clones of the s4 design. I have to admit that samsung is the best when it comes to updates.But ther build quality is the worst. my tab 2 7.0 has plenty of scratches on the back i only used it for a month and my xperia dosent have a single scratch and i am using it for a year now.

[deleted post]SGS4 also has the best and latest version of Android which is the most important thing apart from the screen and processor, and knowing their track record of software updates, will definitely get the upcoming versions first when they come out. Sony will probably abandon the Xperia Z after one or two more software updates like they always do with their previous phones.

My NOTE II is still better faster better battery power and features yet premium than this two piece of crap phones and this phones will be again like a huge pile of Crap in front of MIGHTY NOTE III coming soon....

Anonymous, 06 Apr 2013Both phones are better than Samsung! LOL!!!Samsung only has plastic exterior which is not even that hideous (the while looks nice actually) as opposed to the more premium look of these two, but Samsung's internals are miles ahead than both these two phones.

HTC One all the way. I've never even liked Android. But upon seeing the One, I was blown away. Such a gorgeous phone. The design alone makes you want to have one. Not to mention, the gorgeous screen, the loud dual stereo speakers, the neat and pretty Sense 5 UI, the amazing camera technology. Everything about this phone is amazing. Sony phones are mediocre at best.

., 06 Apr 2013Have you actually used a htc phone with beats audio and hea... moreagreed. the sheer quality is superb. it's much louder than most phones out there and sound is pretty crisp too. especially if you plug in a capable player such as poweramp
