About lumia not having 1080p display:
iphone 5s pixel density: 326
lumia pixel density: 332, so what exactly is your point?
Also, swap 1020 (which is obviously intended for photographers, who want a great camera with phone and email functionality), and compare 5s and g2 with 925 for example.
And WP8 is mature enough, if you know how to use it and not being so picky about every single thing. Its very fast and fluid, and I see no reason why it needs a quad core. My 925 is more fluid (animations, scrolling), then my nexus 7.
WP8 is great OS, yes it still lacks some 'features', but at least its fast and gets things done. Android is amazing if you want a phone to control you cameras, ip fridge and install latest linux kernel on your floating data center, but for what the phone is meant, WP8 does everything, and it does it well enough.

I might not have any of these devices but I have used all three operating systems and I just got an lg options g sprint variant and I have extensive knowledge in mobile development when it comes down to it apples iOS is so simple a 2 year old can figure it out but lacks a lot of the customization and complex features we expect in smart phones. Windows phone 8 is just a failed attempt from Microsoft to get a foot in the smart phone race and they attempt to get ahead with camera features however their devices get to repetitive and lack the complexity and customization abilities. Now to get to my personal perferance I have been an android fan for at least 3years if the lg g2 is anything like the optimus g then the g2 will put the other two to shame with its superior specs and android under the hood it will be a device that will be remembered like the HTC evo 4g and the galaxy s2 this device will not easily be erased from memory with androids open source features you get the most customizable ui available and after about an hour or two most people will understand how simple android really is however with android you don't lose the complex abilities under the simplicity. So an android and Google fan I am and I will remain. I would never trade android for any other is it is the fact that android combined with those exteremly high specs that make the lg g2 have the capability to make your phone actually your phone. Android for life.

I have the G2. came from iphone. This one is twice as fast, battery lasts twice as long and no, i have no viruses. You can't install things from outside the play store unless you turn that feature on and agree to a pop up that comes up to warn you about unapproved apps.

There are no buttons present outside the display except for the rear keys. In addition, G2 has added a guest mode on of its functions.

Lumia 1020 is the best mobile phone ever made.It is a MASTERPIECE. Shoot times is no different than the Lumia 920. while it is in the camera mode waiting for the shoot out it takes only 1.2 secs. I was worried about the shoot timer and haven't seen any 4 sec lags. I have GDR3 update installed.
It is fun to hold in the hand it feels so great you don't want to leave it.
Photoquality I haven't done the test with my EOS 550D canon but I think it is head to head .I couldn't imagine that I could take photos like these.If you are a camera centric guy like me don't even think about it. I am going to buy my second Lumia 1020 as a a backup phone too

iPhone5s cant even record a true 720p, they are lying.
The iPhone 5s slow motion video might not be true 720p, experiment against the Note 3 shows

This is misleading.....G2 is great, but definitely not the top Android device. Had they just used it under a more proper term then fine.
It does not top benchamrks, does not have removable battery or sd"us version", does not have best display....Even over saturates, especially the green, definitely not best camera. So....Not bashing on LG. It's just not "THE" top dog device.

At first i was confused on which to buy, note 3 or g2 coz both phones are excellent..but i chose g2 over note 3 since it is more pockettable and less expensive..i did not regret my choice..g2 is so amazing..very responsive..the ui is okay and is better than twiz..also the battery life is superb..100% charge at 7am and 30% at 7am the next day with normal use and 3g is always on..and i heard a rumor that g2 will skip 4.3 and will be updated to kitkat by december or january..By the way, the battery charging time for g2 is around 1 and a half hours from 10% to 100%..

I agree quality is better than quantity. Crappy apps we don't want on wp. . Give wp another good year ,it will be well on way to becoming number 2. Three years it will be number 1. Wp is only starting to grow . Its still a baby.

Imagine some new Nokia phone like 808 but with hardware form 2013 with Belle successor Clara/Emma :D or new phone with MeeGo which is really fast, even more/same like WP, more functional and there are no such stupid restrictions like on iOS/WP.
