AnonD-45523, 09 Oct 2013they want to pick the most all rounded performer from each ... morefails? ok fails....what that deep is? is there any deeper? can you mention that? chipset? ram? os? sensors ok samsung has hygrometer and temperature ok agree...what else more that sony fails? software are all the same...are you referring to hardware? how they can outdo sony hardwarewise? if sony fails, lg, samsung, iphone and nokia also do in one way or another. so the issue is, why only these three?

Last six lines f review. Thought provoking... Vry... I ve always loved the openings and endings f almost all reviews done by gsma. Keep up the good wrk gsma. And this review proves how both ip5s n 1020 are overpriced fr what thy offer as a cmplete phne pkg.

finally love to see the LG g2 stealing the crown from galaxy S4....
lg came second last year due to lack of 4.1 update
for the first time galaxy 'Sx' flagship has been dethroned in the same year..

for anyone who is saying that apps on windows phone is not as good , will maybe but still i can do whatever your android phone can .
gaming is getting better and the quality of apps is getting better .
i don't see that apps is a problem on windows phone anymore .

As the review said we need more updates from MS and WP will get much better .
but anyway i think Nokia and windows phone are back on the game again even if they didn't win it all , but still they're back in the competition
i loved the nokia , ofcourse apple and lg have great devices . but for me i would go for WP because i got sick of the androids and apples .

I dont agree on video recording test results. iPhone 5s no OIS, and bad audio, and its winner. WTF? Lumia 1020 has best OIS, best audio and more pixels, which means more details. What you want more for a video?

You cant compare them in benchmarks because they dont use same os and a7 is no match for s800 in the same os

Now I work in a real job, I need something light, lasts whole day and is easy to use. My job is too complex to muck around on a phone all day.

The iphone is the mediocre one in this hi-end phones comparison. No one can argue with the camera of the 1020 nor with the hardware specs and the features of the G2. But the real overall winner that best them all, phones, tablets or phablets alike is undoubtedly, the Galaxy Note 3. The Note 3 IS a phone, so it still fits perfectly in this comparison, it is also a mini tablet that's been allowing millions and millions of people to rest their tablets more often than not. So yes, that is the real conclusion, the Note 3 is the king of all. End of discussion.

What he is stating its cent% true. Why would one pay $990 to buy a 1020?? cause of OS? NO. Cause of features? No. Cause of camera? Yes.
And sure wp lacks apps and games. You may have big apps, but its the small apps which are missing.
