I have a few questions
- Is the front exchangable? according the specs it is, but after trying for 3 hours i still haven't been able to remove it.
- How does the infrared work, i tried sending a picture to another person with the same telephone trough infrared, we even lined up our phones correctly but still it failed even though he has the same phone.
- Are there any special cables that allow me to download the photo's i made to my computer?

In answer to everyone wanting to know how to download pictures, ringtones and games for their MY V-55, the easiest way to do this is to download them from Mobile Internet. Some service providers have this some dont. Most charge a reasonable amout per minute to use mobile internet. I reccomend Vodafone because you can browse Vodafone Live for free anytime you want and their are heaps of images and ringtones to download for a few dollars each.
PS. I agree, ever since buying MY V-55 I have realised that it is not very well designed. There are heaps of little things that just really annoy me about it, such as:
There is no way to put it on silent without it vibrating
You cant change to upper case quickly and easily when writing a message
It takes a lot longer than most phones to send messages
Can't create files for images
The camera does not cope well with light, and photos usually end up too dark unless you fiddle with the settings before taking every photo
Photos sent to you through infra-red cannot be edited or used as wallpaper
If anyone has solutions to any of these problems, email me please!

In a moment of idleness at work I switched my phone to Italian (just for fun). When I switched it back to English, my predictive texting remained in Italian! I've changed it in a couple of different places in my phone - Language / Settings, and also in the Message section - but it's stubbornly remaining in Italian! How can I escape my tortellini hell???

This is the worst phone I have ever had, I have had this phone for just over a year and have had so many problems with the mobile. I had to get the phone serviced all the time, then when my battery wouldn't charge I went back to Vodafone where I bought the phone and they do not sell the battery or charger, the only charger available is the car charger and that was no use. If you want to get any real service you have to contact SAGEM what a hassle. I should have stuck with Nokia!

Does anyone know how to actually receive photos from another camera phone? A photo was sent to me. Went to open it and error kept appearing. Any bright ideas will be gratefully received.
