i loved the samsung impression when i frst got it. i got it on july 5 and i have replaced it twice for the virtual keyboard freezing, it blikning in and out, the second phone i got the gps wont work and the keyboard still freezes.

I've had my Impression now for three weeks. It's terrific. So easy to use and navigate. The mp3 ringtone useage is an issue but you can get around that by making any song you own on your pc into a ringtone on the mobile17 website for free. Simple and easy. Sometimes it decides not to send texts but that's nothing a reboot doesn't fix. I love it.

HI, I got the impression two weeks ago, it is pretty nice but it does not let me use mp3 songs as my main ringtone, saying the file is too big (on each and every song).
Does anybody know if there is any way to change that?! I am really unhappy with the regular ringtones.
By the way I am a Tmobile costumer not an At&t one.

I've just learned that this Samsung Impression (A877) -has Phone Locking / Reset Issue (keys). Its a product advisory.

I have question about ringtone MP3 ringtones. say i download the ringtone, and if i wana put that as contact ringtone for my friend. Why does it say that its not supporting.

Got Mine First Day.,,,Only Lasted 30 Days withouth Problems,,,Keyboard Start getting Bad,,skip letters,,,Space Bar Dont Work,,,,Wount Recomend
