Microsoft is working hard for the mobile phone's OS. They added many new features to WP8, but I think they will have hard time with Android around. Today almost every people buy Android phones, and you know there are cheap Android phones as well, but there are NO cheap WP devices. Now you can buy an Android smart phone with less then 200 Euro.

i personally like the apps menu because you can jump using the alphabet as opposed to androids, multi swiping menu just to get to the second to last app, but to each his own.
i think windows phone did a great job with their new os, except the lack of file explorer, wifi tethering (which is now available for some wp7.5), and no option to change your 'new message' tone which i hope is something they fixed in wp8.
also, i HATE the fact that their internet explorer doesnt have a forward option, like wtf?
but every accessible feature is great, like their hrd-button camera which you can quickly snap photos, their integration with many sites like fb, and the fact that it limits to 5 apps as opposed to 1,000 like android which consumes CPU and quickly drains your battery
my HTC surround, lacking 4gLTE, to me is still amazing, i prefer to use it over my HTC Vivid (Ice Cream Sandwich) which i find Android has soooooo many bugs, as if they say 'here, use this, if it doesnt run too well, sorry but we got better things to do like upgrading newer phone'.
sorry google, you need a bigger and better team, that will focus on older devices issues like the vivids 'application optimization' issue that everyone is complaining about and yet, theres an update that was sent out to germany, but not the US, wtf? i thought google HQ's was in california?! smh

Don't tell me the Main Menu is the same as on the WP7! :P If the Menu will be not a list, then I could buy a WP8 device, but if it's the same, NO way for me to buy a WP device.
