samsung b2100 is sooo magnificent and perfect phone for me. you can use it anywhere,what ever weather conditions.i tried dropping it at the pool but its still functioning.its water proof.

Can you record a call on this model? Can anyone verify that. You can do that on Samsung M200 but I am not sure about this model.

This phone is super! The sound quality when playing the music player is better than other phones because the audio quality is clear and crisp with balanced amount of bass and treble. The sound in NOT THAT muffled like what the reviews say. In fact its speaker is louder than SAMSUNG CORBY AND SAMSUNG STAR from my brother. But since im very obsessed with keeping my phone brand new i just noticed something. When i switch the volume to maximum using samsung tune as my call ringtone, the speaker distorts and sounds "basag" slightly. Im concerned because i feel my phone is used up and i feel like buying a new one. Does this occur in your b2100 handsets when you set the volume to maximum in samsung tune as your ringtone in profile settings? PLEASE REPLY ASAP :))))) REPLY ASAP. I wanna know if im not the only one who has a phone that distorts sounds when volume is set to MAX. PLEASE REPL THNX :)

Great compact fone,sold my e63 to get this one! Although not as techie as the other fones,durability and simplicity is what seperates this fone from the others. Havent tried 8gb mmc yet though. Wish it had compass and temp reader like my prev fone 5140i w/c i sorely miss.

surya, 06 Feb 2010hi guys, gotta get a new phone. im planning to buy this ... moreB2100 has a poor screen resolution 120 x 160 nokia 2700 has a 240 x 320 pixels with 3.5mm audio jack which you can use Creative EP630 or the Philips SHE9551 . Nokia wins here but for the durability I will go for Samsung B2100. Go to a shop and then try both of them then decide. Please let me know what did you buy.

Saurav, 07 Feb 2010I want to purchase this phone, but have one question before... moreIT HAVE OFFLINE.IT WORKS TOO... but in nokia we have flight mode.. if that was enabled when somebody called we gets a reply that the customer is out of coverage area...in offline mode in samsung we gets the reply that the phone is swithed off... (it was a trick that i tought lots of people and atlast they tried that at me...so now a days i dont teach all the tricks to evrybody.....

the flashlight is... moreif you want to make the font bigger, you set it on large. before you type the any message set click:
option> 7 advance > 3 text style
there you'll find other settings.
