You cannot put any apps at all.. all are for sale.. touch is not sensitive..all in all its jud average..but the wifi is superb though.. ^^

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970E71 is the worst, battery life is supposed to stay for 10 hrs talktime but stays for approx. 2 hrs,,
the monitor vibrates alot, which means not worth buying.
seeing it tells us that once a drop will kill it, or do heavy damage...
go for Nokia 1100 or 6600 old model.
your budget isnt too high..

i have a prod with touch screen and samsung gives a very very very bad service .in service center instead of solving d prod the cover it by saying it is common in allphones
