Bought samsung corby pro on 30th dec...
quite lik... morehi pm the review u had given abt the phone is very helpfull thanks.
My budget is 12000 plz sugest me should i go for samsung corby pro it has all the fatures but dont like the keypaid colour and it also lacking flash also is it's music is good or not.
Rest i had never use any touchscreen phone what about its durabilty like in case of rain.
Is star3g is a good phone?
Or should i move towards sony or nokia. AS thier music is good and nokia has brand name.
Or should i go to samsung jet by paying 17000?

quite lik... moreyou have to download the games directly from the gprs,
easy method:
search games for your phone in mobile9.com,there you will have wap ID for a game and wap address is(wap.mobile9.com) enter the wap ID for your particular game and download it and it will be installed directly;
Most samsung phones use the same concept

hello there. friends. if you want dowload games in any of samsung phones. here it is.:-
1). download any java games for your samsung mobile from the internet. try googling it.
2). then upload the game to davidpye.com/wap.
3). using you gprs or wifi download the game.
THATS IT.
P.S. download the game within three hours or it will be deleted.

Dont ever try this phone. i bought a new corby pro by 27th Dec 2009 now its not working.I checked with the show room folks what i get is a irresponsible answer

u can use a virtual keypad on the screen if u dnt want 2 use the slider qwerty. however this virtual keypad is a normal one.. not qwerty.

Hi all,
Bought samsung corby pro on 30th dec...
quite liking it..
pros:
1. a gud camera.. 3mp. nice quality. better than nokia's 3.2 mp
2. gud quality of music.
3. 2000 contacts and 1300 msgs can be stored in phon memory alone. u can also save msgs in memory card.
4. secondary cam is there.
5. mobile tracker available. if ur cell gets stolen , etc. it can be tracked.
6. gud display
7. user friendly interface- easy 2 understand and use
8. u get a 2gb card, 3 back covers.. 2 white(one plain nd one wid sum print_) and one black.; charger, a cover, headphones, 2 cds for installation of software, usb cable.
9. for those who want constant updates for facebook and orkut, twitter, myspace etc.. widgets are gud.. bt it costs extra.
10. pdf files are viewable, and so are word nd ppwerpoint. howver u cant edit them.
cons:
1. i am not able to run downloaded games. normal jar files or java games are also not opening. have 2 find a way out.
2. the games provoded in the cell are trial games.. so by the time u get a hang of it.. it stops nd says that u need 2buy a licence.
3. the ringtone volume is pretty low.. even at the highest volume. so is the vibration.
guess this is wat i have in mind at the moment... will b pleased 2 answer any other queries that u may have
p.s. please if anybdy has found a way 2 run games or themes on corby pro.. plees tell me how u did it..

Hi guys i purchased tis phone 2day for 11800...i am nt happy wit the display...i dono abt others,ma display is nt lookin like 16m colors..its lookin like 256 colors..i checked wit samsung jet n s3500 thosse mobile disply is good compared to corby pro...now i dono wat to do??can i exchange it??wil they do??
