Here in the Phils., i have no problem with my B5722, it has been with me for a year now...since then no problem and i really love it...Good work Samsung!!!!!!!!!

i have been using this fon for just 2 months. it has been freezing forever especially when i am using gprs and a call comes....this is shit need to buy another fon after wasting money on samsung..unless anybody has a solution for me....

purchased samsung B5722 7 weeks ago. phone started shutting down without command. Returned to retailer was told would have to send to samsung repair. returned one week later was told it was repaired, phone continued to shut off 3 or 4 times a day. asked for new phone again samsung refused and was told they will send to samsung repair. they have had the phone for 2 weeks and have been told their waiting for a board to be sent will call me. I'm out $283.00 have no phone and getting the we don't carer about you runaround. I paid for a new phone just give me what I paid for. Poor customer service, will never buy any samsung product and wiil activly seek to discourage anyone from buying samsung.WARNING DON'T BUY SAMSUNG

What are you guys talking about? It is d worst from samsung. There no youtube, poor camera clarity, no mp4 support, no java games support. Also worst internet speed. Worst phone ever

What are these people talking about? Are you sure you know what phone you are looking for? That's the problem with guys here, first of all you should know what kind of phone that fits you...i mean your lifestyle and how you are going to use the phone? Clear? That's why Samsung created a lot of models here, for you to choose which one really fits you. Just like me, i want a dual sim phone but i dont really need alot of applications so what's in there is already a bonus for me. Im really satisfied with this phone, love it so much. You have to research first before you make a real purchase, just dont post a comment here that is so irrelevant. Next time guys think before you write ok? Samsung you are the best for me!!!!!!!!! Good work!!!!!!!

this is the worst piece i had cm across and wil nvr buy samsung again. nt value 4 money n lot many prob. like vibrator is gone, touch screen got completely faulty n many a times th mp3 doesnt wrk, n nothin wrrtn above is fake. damn it, will nvr try samsung again nt 4 8000 bucks atleast!!
