So many complaints about the camera of this phone... If you want good pictures, then buy a camera! Phones are mainly used for talking!

This phone is great. This phone is exceptional. It is a known brand, that has capacitive display and is dual-sim. My girl-friend uses it for about 6 months and is still very excited.

yes i already experienced using this samsung-b5722 and i noticed that this is not good unlike the other... so pls don't buy like this and better go to other unit or brand.

Doesn't work with Samsung PC Studio and most features of Samsung Kies don't work with this phone. It's a waste of money.

I am a NOT Samsung Lover.
BUT neither Nokia nor Sony Ericsson got capacitive touchscreen DUAL SIM phone.
People complaining about this phone's camera or sms, plz get nokia with SYM'3 OS.
This is the best DUAL SIM Capacitive Touchscreen Phone. The Quality of screen is even better than samsung 7722 phone.
Yes this phone got some cons too.

-i charge it only two times per week(two nights actually)
-it has slipped off my hand a lot of times and NEVER opened like most mobiles with the battery lying out of the phone!it doesn't have a single scratch!
-it is dual-sim STANDBY and not just dual sim mobile.
-if you want better video resolution buy a video camera!
-if you want a better music player buy an mp3 player!!
YOU CAN'T have it all.it is a good value for money.

I have been using this phone for almost 6 months. It has faoled to impress on almost all aspects. It can be rated as an phone slightly better than any Chinese phones. No value for money.
*Camera quality not good
*Multimedia player average
*Battery life very bad
*Outer panel prone to severe damage if dropped on hard floor, risk of damaging touch screen / display
*Overall, Better go for other phone of same budget.

nothing special in this phone ... video quality poor ,,,, no video support ,,,,,,,,,, no good multimedia player ,,,,,, no good smsing only 500 msg can be store .............. and lots more problem in it ,,,,,,,, i am suggesting yu all please dnt go for that

Hi friends,
I purchased this phone about 6 months back, and used it for 2 months and then i gave this to one of my friend in very cheap rate, because this phone is worthless and is not a good deal to buy this phone.
This phone is very poor in features and functionality. Let me let you negative points of this:-
1- Its a 3.2 mp camera phone but its quality is very poor, when u click photo in night with flash, photo will come out with light and looks very ordinary.
2- It has only 500 sms inbox, 300 inbox and 200 sent items, sms can't be saved in phone or memory card like Nokia phones. So after 500 sms, you have to delete either inbox or sent items sms to receive new sms. And you can't backup phone sms through the software cd(Kies) provided by this because this phone has no feature of backing up sms and contact number. You just can transfer files from computer to phone.
3- Its internal functions like mobile tracker, contact filter(blocker) are very confusing unlike Nokia phones.
4- Their customer care is so pathetic. They are least bothered to your problem and urgency. They insist to leave your phone for about 1 week, however they can solve the problem within 1 or 2 days. And they format phone memory included contacts, sms in most of the case and intimate you about this. Many people walk out to get backup and don't give for service.
5- This phone runs only jad and jar application. You can't run many important application because its not a symbion phone.
6- There is no qwerty keypad in it.
Overall its not a comfortable phone and is worthless spending about 9 thousands for this. I recommend not to buy any samsung phone, check out any Nokia or Sony Ericsson's phone with dual sim facility.
I wrote some review in other site as well about this phone, and about 7-8 people called me asking for review and i am happy that because of me they didn't buy this phone because i want, what mistake i did wasting my 9 thousands, others don't do that.
