The phone worth its price, I just can't get the garmin to work. Gives me an error that the .exe file is not a valid pocket pc application. Anyway I'll need to read thru some links see what I can do. I may need that port splitter that someone suggested..

@david does this phone have a "send text in a group of contacts" feature just like in nokia or SE phones? i am fond of forwarding texts messages which is why this feature is important. Also, can you send two or more "pages" meaning more than 160 characters of text once?

should have bought this instead of my imbecile phone (LG GM730) which has many redundant features slow processor a brilliant camera without an LED flash and a 3.0" display and i dont even know how to express my antipathy over it the only thing that i appreciate with that phone is the ergonomics and still OmniaLITE is better hands down SAMSUNG FTW!!!!!

hi can anyone help me please? i would like to download games for my omnialite but unfortunately the download site always says "unsupported carrier" why is this so? and can anyone advise me where to download free games, movies or music using this phone? :) please... i'm totally clueless. i just had this phone 6 days ago and would love to maximize its use :) Thanks a million!!! :) oh and one more thing, what is JAR? because everytime i try downloading paid games, it often appears to be the reason why the downloading fails... help...

Set your today screen to include the date (display and light settings) then press the date. In the date menu under the more tab uncheck the option to display the clock on the title bar. the time will disappear and will be replaced by the batt

David, 28 Apr 2010I've experienced this alot as well, and have had to reset m... more@david we experienced same problem.. also it freeze when in landscape mode while in messaging.. i did not use the qwerty keyboard when writing a message i observed that its more prone to freeze the unit in landscape mode.. i hope when update comes this bug will eliminate

The only advice I can give you is to maintain your messages to be less than 100. I've noticed that my OmniaLite lags more in messaging when there are more messages I haven't gotten rid of. Also, try using the quick chat-reply more instead of replying on a whole new window. I've noticed there are less occurences of freezing when I use this.
The messaging on the OmniaLie really lags though and is prone to freezing compared to other faster touchscreen WinMo and Android phones.
