Can someone tell me if I can download flash player for this phone since it doesn't have flash player that comes with it? I can't watch youtube.

received my omnia as a birthday gift a couple of days ago. I was excited because of the phone specs. When i tinkered with the phone the next day, i was utterly disappointed when I couldn't find the usual alphanumeric keypad when sending text messages. I tried to tell myself i will get use to the virtual qwerty or the graffiti method but after an hour i told myself it was useless. I checked on the instruction booklet and tinkered with the menu options to get a alphanumeric keypad but i was unsuccessful. I was so disappointed that i put the phone back in the box and started making plans to sell it or have it changed to another model. After a couple of hours, i was about to post a for sale thread when i came upon this thread and found the solution. Needless, to say, thank you very much to the anonymous person who asked the same question and the person who answered (paris, i think, salamat). Thank you so much.
Today is the 2nd day I'm using the phone.I still get lost sometimes with the menu, the recent problem was trying to disable the conversation view in the inbox but i really like the phone now. Too bad i'm using a mac laptop instead of a pc (I could really make use of the pc connectiviy and syncing but i can live with it or can find solutions, I just couldn't bear spending so much for an iphone to solve my connectivity problems, when there are lots of capable phones for a third of the price.

How many text messages can you store in this phone? Also, what can you say about its speed when you switch to another application?

Fellows i got the solution of how practically to increase the volume of mic of Omnia lite.
1- enter the code *#0002*28346#
2- Highlight "Voice receiver"
3- press gain
4- Change the MGNR74 to 0101
5- Change the MGNL30 to 1011
The idea here is that u have to change parameters of the mic from the voice receiver not from the "Voice speaker" that's wrong.
one more hint: the MGNR74 is the Speaker Volume so try to reduce the value as much as you can to avoid the echo in the speaker while talking in the phone. the MGNL30 is what we were looking for which is the mic volume, so try to increase it (as binary value) to get the sound you desire. i tried over and over for along time till i figured that out. Good luck every one.

i chose the voice speaker and entered the numbers but it made the voice worse!!!

Today was a bad day. I dropped my OmniaLite screen-face first to the ground when a person nudged it off of my hand while I was trying to text. I panicked and tried to catch my phone in mid-air but it dropped screen-first onto a pebble-surfaced ground. Upon dropping, the back plastic panel snapped off flying in another direction, simultaneously also making the battery fly off.
I picked up all the pieces and made sure there were no noticeable cracks on the screen; and luckily, I didn't find any. However, there were some minor cosmetic scratches (barely noticeable from afar) on the side of my call key. The screen protector has about 3 very small line-scratches that are barely noticeable and it shows how resilient the Samsung-packaged screen-protector is to heavy force.
Overall, I've tested most of the common features including texting, calling, speakerphone, wifi, and checked most of my commonly used apps and phone features and everything seems fine.
I got quite nervous earlier as I thought my phone would be bricked forever. It managed to survive its first drop, only sustaining some minor cosmetic injuries.
I am very pleased with my OmniaLite's durability and was surprised that a brand like Samsung can make pretty solid phones.
Just wanted to share this with anyone who fears they might drop their phone in the future.

Press Gain
Go to Mic Amp Gain
Set this:
MGNR7 0110
MGNL3 1001

For our team in office we bought 7 Omnia Lites and all of us are facing the same issue with voice. People at the other end complain that the voice is very feeble even when we are speaking loudly...All features are great but if one basic feature doesn't work they all become useless.
