Not compatible with Windows 7 (... morefor windows vista and windows 7 you need to install Mobile device Center. It acts as ActiveSync.
BTW. This a great phone. IF YOUR NOT TECH SAVVY THEN DON'T BUY IT> ITS AN AWESOME GADGET. there are plenty of stuffs on the net available. If you need some help please join my orkut community (India)...we've great experts there...

this phone is a pure waste of money very complicated suitable only for people who work on windows or require windows enable mobile those who don't please don't buy this phone mark my words u would certainly goin to REGRET

Do not buy this product.
Not compatible with Windows 7 (Samsung website said "seamless compatibility with your PC" this is not true)
Customer support service is very poor to the point you are better off alone when it comes to handling phone problems.
Authorized service center does not allow customer to at least see the his/her phone while upgrading to Windows Mobile 6.5 and declines customer's sincere request for transparency to see his/her phone for customer's peace of mind.
Authorized service center opens the phone while informing the customer that they will not open it.
You can buy the phone if you want to but I have already shared with you my hands-on experience.
I have this phone and I love it because it is mine and this is my first Windows Mobile 6.5 phone.
I use it for design, writing speed, alarm, world clock, stopwatch, calculator, calendar, contents manager, voice notes and other stuff which are important to me.
I may have made a mistake buying a phone but I do not regret it and I believe this phone will help me greatly.

BSNL web site GRRS/3G configurations dont recognize it
samsung U.S site dont know it
and many others...
mine previous nokia 6630 (with out window) was better
b7320 is PURE WASTAGE OF MONEY
if wanting window go to htc(i have used it -but its price is.....)
in same price range go to nokia n79 , then to nok i5800

hands on review
camera-v.good(with out flash) ,sound good,
(these r of intrest of few days, main thing matters softwares & utility, wifi ,handy to use)
, so software - v.v.bad (cant exit a running software - go to task manager every time -plz tell me that is it problem with my set only), wifi really a puzzle TO solv(with out UPnP
)GPS -dont have software to support
over all i buy it for window only(& thats not setisfing),
COMPANY SHOULD SUPPLY ITS SUPPORT
SO FINAL WORD -DONT BUY IT ANY WAY -WASTAGE OF MONEY

I have been using this phone since Dec. Good features for a Windows mobile fon. But the battery life sucks, someone help me out!I charge after 24 hrs....although I must admit I hv installed tonnes of stuff....
