i am thinking for smartphone so i purchase B7320 omniapro.
When i start to use this phone though i realise that samsung is worst companee in market.
No product quality, no service facility provided by samsung.
The Operating System of B7320 is like created by Diploma students, it is flop cellphone.
Is there any process to return this to samsung to get return my money?
Please dont purchase this useless phone

B7320 is not a smart phone because,
1)we cant assign memory card as a bluetooth storage
2)no call rejection facility
3)we cant use front camera to take photo
4)We cant save FM channel list or arrange it
5)no recorder
6)no equalizer in media player
7)Its marketplace and MicrosoftMobile facility is not working
8)we cant edit dialed number, Eg. in case if we want to use zero before number
9)we cant assing shortcuts to buttons
10)no GPS application for this device
11)immediate after using GPRS we cant change the network Band
12)after clearing Log details, still there missed or dial numbers are there
13)we cant organize Icons also
14) we cant use search for PDF also PDF reader having no search option.
15) i hope Microsoft will take action to solve this problem

.much more drawback in this phone..Its better to purchase simple java phone. It will better than this B7320 smartphone.
Microsoft reducing its reputation by introducing this type of useless phones

Very problematic Phone:-
1) Its hangs a lot
2) very poor mouse speed in Internet Explore
3)Marketplace and Microsoft My phone is not working
4)No proper Applications were available Eg. Nimbuzz,EBuddy Etc.
5)no Equilizer settings in media player
6)we cant operate Front camera for taking picture
7)After using internet... we cant change GSM band easily.
9)We cant arrange the FM radio channel list.
10)we cant check for update without PC Studeo.
If anyone knows the solutions to solve this problem,then please email me on "rahultembhekar@rediff.com"

Select that option and wait for the reboot. If may this is not working well!! You need to update your ROM by your self or with SS Service Point.
