Literally going mad reg. what made the phone to shutdown in first place and secondly how it the start key got locked req. removing the battery and putting it back.

Battery problem reaching atrocious levels. Pl. ensure that no applications are left running. Kill them using task manager else these are eating battery life.
At this moment of writing, brought the phone to office with 2 sticks on and now it is discharged. Guys please check whether this phone is chargable using the USB data cable by connecting to PC. I am presently trying that and am unable to get the phone up. Real embarrassing situation till I reach back home.

Hi all,
1. how to turn on the a-gps of it? I can only use Google maps with GPRS with base station positioning
2. how to upgrade to WM6.5 since i've tried it either with samsung software updater or pc suite, but the software doesn't recognize it
3. are some of you experienced with warm or a bit hot, while recharging it? even sometime it hangs, and we should restart it by releasing the battery and plug it back in.
It's so weird with this beautiful one.

Can anyone help me to set up my rediffmail email account on my Omnia ProB7320. i have vodafone connection in rajasthan. vodafone live is activated on it.
i tried to set up many times by putting
incoming mail server details as “pop.rediffmail.com” and outgoing server as “smtp.rediffmail.com”
While trying to send/receive i get following message displayed” AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE DOWNLOADING MESSAGES. BE CERTAIN THAT YOU HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE AND THAT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND THEN TRY AGAIN”
The same problem i am facing with my gmail account setup on this phone.
Somebody told me that i need to have Vodafone mobile connect service for using this feature of omnia pro B7320 ? some told me to have rediff as push mail is paid service? Is it true?

is the battery covered under warranty. Today literally did not use the phone but found the fully charged phone in the morning now only showng 20% left.
Have to say the battery sucks. Not sure whether the battery timer has gone awry.

I have bought this phone for 7 days now and I am n... moreFor Vodafone and Airtel u have to activate the GPRS facility. It'd not work for "live" (Vodafone Live or Airtel Live).
Vodafone - I used Rs.9/day rental
Airtel - I'm using 30p/50KB (pay as you use scheme)
Whn connecting to PC. first go to Internet sharing then select PC connection as USB:
1. for Vodafone choose Vodafone GPRS in Network connection tab
2. for Airtel choose Mobile Office in Network connection tab
Also, before those steps, follow these settings->connections-> Vodafone GPRS or Mobile Office-> Connects to (choose internet).

I have bought this phone for 7 days now and I am not been able to connect to the net or get emails with Vodafone live. Some people says it is not possible to get Vodafone live and I have to go for extra Vodafone package at Rs199/month minimum to access internet. Can you help with your experience?

Hi folks, anyone faced any problem while installing the Device center and Activ sync s/w on Vista. Mine refused to install saying i had to have outlook as my default mail application. Problem is that i dont use outlook for e-mail. Any ways to work around it any anyone aware of any forums where we can look for this specific issue. Thanks in advance.

1. I've set up Gmail and Hotmail email accounts in my messages folder, is there a possibility to set up my rediffmail and rocketmail (domain from yahoo) accounts too?
2. Synchronizing Windows live and GMaps uses a lot of data, is there a way to reduce it?
3. How to assign customized tones for msgs (text msgs at least)?
4. Skyfire is pathetic in terms of viewing webpages but opens almost any page, is there any tweak in IE or a better browser? (PS: I've used Opera, but its secondary)
