I have one, and may confirm that does not have sunlight sensor. It is a problem, but you may find a solution with a shortcut to bright control

In Germany Omnia PRO 4 is available since 03. September by VODAFONE. Users noticed that there is no daylight sensor and no message LED for missing calls or missing SMS.

Experience regarding sunlight legibility and touchscreen phones points that if a device is touchscreen it is going to have poor sunlight legibility. Expecting this device to overcome this issue is
like expecting that this device will do miracles, nooot! :-)

Sony ASPEN is out of the question for me, the display is too small. And battery stand-by and talk time should be worse than at the 735 if we believe gsmarena. Compare the data.

It performs well outdoors, but you have to set brightness to max.

I don't know if Samsung performs better, but light sensor does not necessarily mean automatic screen backlight regulation. It might only apply to the keyboard backlight.

528Mhz processors are very sloppy in multi-tasking that one of the reasons of me asking about the speed of the processor.

Initially they do a gr8 job but they get sloppy suddenly just want to check if this phone has the same issue like other phones in this gener!

Samsung Fans, 29 Aug 2010What CPU does Samsung B 7350 use?About the processor speed:
Guess it will be not faster than SGH-i780 (624 MHz) because it´s not necessary. The 735 is not a gaming machine and has the same display resolution of 320x320. Guess it´s better to save energy, isn´t it?

I use the i780 for pure business purpose but, I'm very unhappy about the sunlight legibility of this phone in outdoors. Just waiting for this model to release in the Asian market.

I just wonder about the Processor speed. Not very sure if its going to be 1Ghz one feel like they gonna come up with a 528Mhz processor like the predecessor.

already three weaks ago i did an order in advance for the Omnia 735 replacing my aged SGH-i780. Because I´m not (yet) convinced about the new WinPhone 7 operating system.
I´m a serious user of this gadgets, not a gamer.

Guess you don´t need it because of the finger friendly touch screen menu using Windows Mobile 6.5.3. For changing column widths at Excel I use the slight top of a non activated plastic ball point pen.
