Perhaps the ram is 135 mb(according to majority of sources). It's even on wikipedia:

Does anyone know if active sync on this phone for Microsft Exchange will sync up Outlook inbox sub-folders? In the past I know there have been issues with some phones not syncing up sub-folders and will only sync with the top level inbox. Thanks for any help and info.
Also, is there a reason why this phone cannot support 3.5G (7.2m/bits) whereas the i8000 Omnia2 can with the same chipset/specs etc?

Yea I want to know the actual release date too I wondering that too I am going to buy this phones as soon as it comes out. For $620 unlocked I would buy this in a second I am sick of my iphone 2g.
