You tube is not working & internet do not operate with pages too large problem. no tracker, no voice recording, lots of problems not worthy of the amount

How can I block numbers who are in sim card 1 and always when i wont to call a number from sim 1, to call automatically with sim1 without touching any spase,I mean to program sim1 for sim1 and sim2 for sim2.To be programming in my phone.
