Talking about C-230 It is very reliable phone. It dropped in the boiling water and it remained it there for about 50seconds. When i swithed on the phone, it was working properly. so guys, it is really a good, smart and reliable phone. I simply love this phone.

This mobile is the best of all in audio. Its execellent. But there is some defaults thats it does not have the feature of profile. If this facility is provided there would be no drawback in this set. Other than than this is the best mobile i can recommend for any one.

Dear all
It is a really nice phone. You should use the software GPRS version 2.1.8 which works well and not any of the PIMS. The link has been provided by Tony in page 6(14-9-2005). You will be able to upload ringtones and images from laptop to the phone but not vice versa. I am using my Toshiba Satellite A60 and it works fine with me. Good luck.

I am using this mobile. Very cute, very small and very comfortable for me. i am using it since 5 months ago, BUT, i still had a problem with GPRS setting. I want to download ringtones, pictures or game, but I could not. So please give me the informations about this problem, should I to download somethings about the GPRS setting in my mobile?

I love Samsung C230. It's screen resolution, ringtones,size,weight,radio is greattttttt. I lost this mobile then again bought bcz I love it.

This model is good and i am finding problems with data cable. i am unable to install the usb drivers. so please send me the related drivers and the softwares regarding it.

I like this piece very much, it is very good.
I want to know, how to use IrDA option? Can I download photos from Laptop, if yes, pls inform me the procedure to follow for the same.

it is really a good mobile set considering its price and features but the only thing i want to know is how i can upload and download files to and from pc using cables.whenever i connect it to pc by cable there is the error "not recognized" is there any software or something like that for this purpose? please if you know let me know too via email.thanks in advance.

For everyone who has the question 'Why my IrDA is not working?' or something like that, for those i will say Samsung SGH-C230 IrDA can only get files and only from computer.

Very low battery backup & button colour fade faster due to handling compared to other sets.

c230 is fully connected with the PIMS of X430. But when i try to send any midi/mmf/jpg/gif connection become closed.
Now Plz tell me what to do?
I want to upload mmf and jpg files.
