I buy samsung C230 recently but how can i see the messages that i sent.
Is there no option for sent messages?

Hai,I purchased the C230 model recently,but i am unable to receive any Msg from the Infrared.Its not working.

Hi! Already I had SGH-A800, now I have purchased the SGH-C230. Comparing the two mobiles C230 is very poor. Example: 1. Inbox - if we have to go to the next SMS, we have to click -> (right button)and we have to goto the previous SMS and get the message. But in A800 we just get the message by clicking -> (right button). Like this there are some difficulties in menu builder. (A800 vs C230)

Hello, i recently buy c230, the radio fm is working great with clear reception. Please tell me how can i copy my whole sim numbers on the phone memory and secondly why is the infrared not working with other phones?

it's a nice cell vey different very easy to use and clourful.
i just want to know about menu system.
There are two ways of menu but how to change it.If i want to change my menu wht i have to do? plz tell me?Is there any code to increse volume?

aslam alikum the problem in c230 is
1- delete all nos stored in caller group when keep out battery.
2- it deletye all nos which are stored in speed dial when the battery is out.
3- infrared is not work like nokia and sony ericassion.

Menu desktop is not clear and visiable .
Fm radio is not clear .
very costly as compare to Nokia .

Hi Ali Hyder,
Walaikum salam in fact the Infra red port doesnot work with other mobiles like NoKia, Sony Ericson and sumsung itself. It works only with the PC i.e IR device. For this you have to purchase IR Port.

Hey Median/Naveed,
No vibration, no sound???? its better to switch off your phone & keep it. Vibration is provided just to alert you incase of a call when phone is in silent mode. If you don't want both then it is as good as keeping your phone switched off.

After 1 month from usage
This mobile is excellent for the following reasons
1- screen resolution is excellent
2- you can load animated gif files
3- you can play real ringtones
4- FM radio is marvelous
5- Has smart shape
6- Finally is an advice from me
To download ring tones and pictures
dont use PIMS file manager of c230
but use PIMS file manager of X430
7- please i dont know how to download games to this mobile please i want your help

Hi guys, I am from Pakistan where the mobile technology is at its top. I would like to talk about C230. It's very smart and good phone. I personally like it. The sound quality, the picture quality and the FM radio is outstanding. You can say that life would be complete when you are having this phone.
NOw the main issue. Although Samsung is a very good name in the mobile world but the major issue which they are facing is that whenever they lauch Infrared port mobile, it doesnot work with other mobiles'. Same is the problem with this phone. The competitors like Nokia and Sony Ericson are very good in this context. So i think Samsung should consider this problem of IR. The ringtones are nice.
OVerall Samsung is a very good company and it is one of the top reliable cell companines of the world. I think you guys agree me on this. Take care Bye.

I hope this is a nice n smart set having a nice feature of FM Radio but the problems with this set are its color graphics as compare to C200 and its battery life which is not more than 36Hrs

You can access the first level menu by pressing center button (center between 4 way navigation key - 'i' button). To play the game you can also do the same (pressing select only give you information abut game version and vendor).
If you already be used to use this phone. You'll know that this phone is very good.
