I feel cheated. Samsung sold me a phone which hangs frequently. This is really stupid and I need to take out the back cover, battery to restart. I will not recommend this phone to everybody. I bought this phone in KSA for SAR 380 but I understand that Samsung is selling this in India for Rs. 2000. Samsung should take this phone back and replace it with a hangfree phone.

this method is not mentioned in manual...

this is the best pon who wants to use double sim it gives u to tention free for call waitng so just cheel yaar or buy it it is very cheap pon so i suggest u to buy now loda

pls pls pls whoever said negative bout the sound quality of this fone shud recheck.my mom uses this fone and man d sound is hot.i compared to nok x3 and there wasnt much diff.'tis a gud fone but it hangs and cam is not impressive but hey u shud see 2600

S, 08 Sep 2010you can switch between sims by opening browser. Whenever y... moreAbot switching sims, It's true, one can do that via choosing browser sim. Press the button in the middle of the cursor buton (joystick) swap sims and disconnect. There you go, no restart and ready to use the other sim. The only thing for me it shows the "R" letter on the upper right side which means - roaming. Don't know why though.

Whenever you want to change sim, open the browser, select the sim you want to activate and disconnect immidiately..
sim is changed without reeboot

It is nice phone but with some advantages and disadvantages.
1 Advantages :
Nice look
Nice battery back up
Voice clearity
easy to handle
easy switch Sim without restart ( Press any key and then switch sim key at side panel)
2. Disadvantages
Music Player can not make play list from folder
Can not make silent when call is comming
Can not support large files
can not support more music file at a time
Can not save data to memroty card direcly from blue tooth

I'm using this phone c3212 nearly 10 days now and it hangs every day. Removing and replacing battery restarts the phone but the problem remains. Can any one advice?

People I need HELP! When I receive a call on SIM 2, I cannot hear the caller unless I put the phone on loudspeaker. This does not happen if a call comes in on SIM 1. I have swapped my sim cards, but the problem persists. I even reset the phone to factory settings, but this did not solve the problem. Anyone got ideas of what I need to do? Thanks!
