When both sims are inserted the second sim card msg box full after that it was showing second sim msg box full why it is saying like this in phone memory it is having 200 free why it takes to phone memory can any one help me on this?

I bought this phone on July 17 2010 within 10 days the display blank and hang also. I went to service center they told software problem and given back to me within two days and when i switch on the mobile same problem display blank. when i asked they told mother board problem and they kept mobile with them and gave back to me after 10 days said mother board change and no prooblem for the set. But mobile is hang every day. Plz dont buy this mobile. As the features are good but when we bought a new mobile we think it worths but within in 10 days time we are taking to service center and they are opening the set infront of us means its very bad. Dont buyyyyyyyyyyyyyy plzzzzzzzzzz............

since I'm using this unit i only experience is hang the unit and could not able to switch off immediately. just keep off continue and comes to off and they open again. it is a normal or malfunction and my Sim was used long years now, but could not able to open all my save number of this unit C3212. switching of dual Sim is perfect and you cant reply while you in sim 1 from Sim 2.

im using this phone samsung c3212 for the past 2 month. my opinion the phone is good. i was earlier using china handset sigmatel [ as i need dual sim mobile most] even thogh chinese set work good it has it own limits, within 1 yr of time all its part bcame loose and now its just using as a home phone .... so i brought this mobile.
ADVANTAGE:
its really good, easy to swap and call numbers, can get call from both sim at a time,looks cute,memory card it support upto 8gb so no prob, music and effect i really love it, its cool, radio is excellent, dries very little battery pack up for music and radio. talktime its takes hardly 2 hrs with both sim active and if you enable single sim it got relly good backup of upto 6hrs of talktime and upto 5 days of standby [ i checked tht myself ], got fake call, keypads are nice, looks strong and long going.till now i dont get any problem of hangup, got photocall. supports pc suite.
CONS:
camera is bad even my main phone samsung wave s8500 secondary camera is good, loud speaker is not good,msg memory is very low just 300msgs can be stored......
although it got little less functions and little more price than a chinese mobile, the name samsung worth it ..

i bought this mobil the last march-10,with in 15 days the phone will not working,so i change the moyher board under warranty.but last wk the same problem,again the board was pblm,again i given the phone to service.my smalst request do not purchase this mobil.

i have been using this phone from last 8 months..from 1st day itself it started to hang..reached to very worst condition after 1 month..i gave it to samsung service centre..it took 1 month to replace the mother board..!
now it is working good..but drawbacks are:
1.poor camera..(it's okay if u don't need camera)
2.doesn't support graphical smiley
3.doesn't support languages other than English
4.can't use any other options while sending group messages
5.doesn't support themes
6.no numbering is provided for inbox messages.
7.to create grops need to copy contacts to phone memory.
8.Hangs a lot(during earlier days)
if u can adjust with these it's a good phone..

its difficult to use the internet via bluetooth in laptop if both the sim is inserted,one has to be opened if u want to use the internernet,i found out this as i was tryng to conect my airtel mo in my laptop.its a bad experience.

Please don't buy this phone, you will regret in near future when it stucks and needs a reboot or even removing battery and placing again.

"Arvind, 24 Jun 2010If u wish to call from sim1 or sim2 , you have to switch in... moredear firends - i have seen a lot of people asking this question that samsung 3212 is dual-sim-active mobile i.e. it need to be rebooted while switching between sims during outgoing calls and sms or not, its user manual says it will be automatically rebooted when u select other sim -- but my answer is " you need not to reboot this phone , the method i am going to tell you is not given in its user manual - simply type a number on the screen and press the sim selection switch - then the other sim will be selected immidiately without rebooting and the other anteena signal bar will be highlighted" - if you still did not understood u can call me any time to get more clatification. even i am a ordinary mobile user like you - satish
