i brought this 2 days back.this cost 45ooINR, Best price i belive in India. Manaual say battery backup is 13hours talk time..switching to sims is easy. only 1 fault identified by me was T9 option is missing to message fast.. Dont know why T9 option missed out ??

Hello everybody.... I just wanted to ask users of this phone about battery back up and while making a call should we swap and select the sim with that small button given at the side of the phone? and in other brands like karbonn, spice, micromax....... etc etc v can directly dial the no and select the sim for call from keypad only, is that facility available in this mobile.. thanks in advance looking for a positive and early reply thanks once again.

Do you have this set, i wanted to know suppose you change from sim1 to sim2 using the hotswap key does the phone restart or reboot because in d780 it did not get restarted.
Just moved the focus on the sim2 or sim1 and press the call key.

Can any1 tell me who have used this handset.
Is it worth using this set because i had D780 earlier but that phone had so many bugs in it.
Can any one tell be whether or not to take the phone.
Is there any problem with the set the battery how is it?

Fr Egypt: I just got this marvelous phone. It is very economic to busy modest man. Its specs are very helpful as regards connectivity or calling services, the 2 most important features of any mobile phone. Its large card reading ability (8 GB) is not usual, it made me feel that I have an iPhone !!!! The A2DP service of BT is very fine. The processing of any task is very fast: browsing the WAP, deleting files & switching between lists or Java apps. I have deleted a more than 0.5 GB folder in less than 5 sec !!!! which may be not present in PC. The battery performance is very good, I am a heavy user for phone as regards calling. Also, for Muslims, it has a built-in prayer times & Qibla softwares. It lacks something important for any busy man, the muting key for an incoming call, u need to down the sound bit by bit or reply. But totally it is very fine & strong phone for a busy person who needs a sturdy phone for his outdoors hanging.

quad band or dual band?... I read in the samsung website that this phone has 4 bands ( 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900). Sorry my english.
