The Champ is not an ANDROID Smartphone. That's your problem. Apps can't be downloaded to a regular GMS cellphone
You need an operating system to download Apps!! That is what ANDROID is..an operating system.
That is what makes a Smartphone different from a Cellphone. Regular Cellphones do not have operating systems
