to all people who can't play videos on samsung genoa, u can play it and in full screen, firstly u must download program called (format factory) which is a free ware ,secondly press on the program on (video)--> all to mp4 --> output setting -- profile(Mobile Device Compatible 320*240 XVID)---> video stream:

2) Yes there is call record function.
3) If you hold the call , You can send a message while calling , or even while talking but i'm not sure.
4) No you can't access the menu while calling.
