Is there a way to disconnect the Edge network connection which is always displayed on the screen,also,how long is your battery lasting after charging

Hey Genoa users...!
I just got this phone as well for 3 days now, it's cool!
I've been exploring every application it had and planning a lot of things to do on this phone..
Regarding with the Internet service/connection, you're right! It's really hard to disconnected, so meaning right now I'm still connected to it and it's consuming all my load..omg!
But having this phone is really fun!

how can i increase the memory/limit for my messages? i still dont have a memory card at this time. the total capacity of incoming messages is only showing 40..is this normal for a new phone? if i have a memory card inserted, will it increase? please help. thanks!

does samsung c3510 have keypad showing during phone conversation? because during operator and need to dial extension number or access to another mode during phone conversation. can someone tell me about this? this is important because this is the very basic function of the phone.
