Hi frends how can i make phone memory as a default memory for sms inbox coz phone is using sim memory for storing sms and after 20 sms it shows sms memory full. Plz help

      i am the one from libya and my quistion was how to use my mobile as aniternet modem and recieved no answer yet. finaly samsung agent in tripoli provided me with a new pc stodio samsung suite and its working fine.

I have no explanation for this but so far it works for me without "initialising SIM" hangup On booting you can change/re-lock the PIN.

            Please do not go for this handset. It has a serious bug with regard to Repeat Calender Alarm. The alarm rings only once but not for subsequent repeats. Samsung is attempting to hide this bug from users. This bug will be exposed in all possible manners so that Samsung is forced to withdraw C5212, D780 & other handsets having this serious bug causing great inconvenience to users.

To do a Full Reset remove both SIM cards and switch on the phone. You'll be asked to "Insert SIM". Enter the following Full-Reset Code:
                *2767*3855# (the 3855 will not be shown in the display). This Full-Reset deletes all data from your phone (better save all data before you do the Full-Reset, SAMSUNG will take no responsibility for the FULL-Reset). On my phone it worked and I can use both SIM now.

                      This phone has a major bug with regard to Repeat Calender Alarm. The mobile rings / vibrates only for the first time but fails to ring / vibrate for subsequent repeats. Samsung is unable to rectify the bug till date.

Before dialing a number you simply switch from one SIM the other SIM. But: Users report issues that second SIM will not be recognized "initialising SIM" (happens to my phone as well). So far Samsung is not offering any support in getting this issue solved. Beside this major issue (why buying a dual SIM phone when it only works reliable with one SIM) the C5212 is a nice phone.

It simply refuses in 90% of the cases to work with 2 SIM cards. Sometimes it works, mostly not. That's not acceptable as the dual SIM was the only reason I bougth this phone. Others have made the same experience and report that Samsung is showing no interest in solving the issue. I'll return the phone.

                            This phone has a bug with regard to the Calender feature when set to Repeat. The mobile rings only for the first time but fails to ring / vibrate for subsequent alarms. Please do not go for the phone if you are a frequent user of Repeat Calender alarms. Samsung service centre is unable to fix this problem till date. Even D780 has this problem.

                              hi m using bsnl connection in the phone for net access but m facing a problem.. when m use net on phone it connect thru edge and it show the sign E but whenever m connect to pc its sign changes to G that means it connects thru gprs. it gives very slow speed while surfing net on pc.. earlier m using nokia 3110c it connects thru E whenever i connect it on phone or pc and it gives gud speed over net. Does this makes any diffrence on speed if it conne

                                hi everybody,
                                please i am so confused to choose between this phone and the B5702, i read all the questions below and i figured out some of the information i need but i am still missing some parts
                                i wonder if this phone can record calls or not and if yes, is it time limited or specified just for SIM 1 and not both?
                                does this phone has a voice recorder( time limited or not ) ?
                                i figured out that this phone has a black list or auto-reject , but is it for both calls and SMS ?
                                and about installing or adding any programs, is it kinda easy like Nokia or there is a known way to do so ?
                                and finally for example if this phone doesn't support any features of what i mentioned, can i install a program which does it without having any problems
                                ( like i have 5800 XM and i install total record for recording the calls )
                                please guys help me , i am new samsung user and i don't idea about it xD
