This is a very comprehensive unit that is clearly very good. It has a an excellent camera and a wide range of functions.Access to various functions is more complex than other models.I have found that the instruction booklet is woefully inadequate and does not explain all its many functions at all well. I have had particular difficulty with downloading photos on to my computer, something I still have not mastered.
Overall a very useful unit that does require some training and practice.

An otherwise good phone let down by a severe lack of customization options.

Bought the black model on Telecom NZ (XT) today.
Pros: Good reception, media player, animated desktops, lots of built in useful applications, XT Compatible, Dual Cameras, Visually attractive.
Cons: Lack of setup options, not so great learning curve (IE: I still don't know how to set ringtones...), Low resolution, keypad noise is annoying as hell, dark theme which cannot be changed.
Overall: Good phone for the price, room for improvement.

I have just purchased this phone and I am really pleased with the coverage also as we live in the country. The best one yet!

Just bought one...it might not have any feautures but its reception is the best from all 30 fones i have owned.. And it is Dual Band 3G Also which many sites do not mention.

Just purchased one. We live in a bad signal area and this phone has the best signal coverage out of all the phones we have had. It's won me.
