Bought the phone. It's OK. Only 1 question. Before this I had Samsung D880. There was function, when I was calling from my SIM2, when call ended, SIM cards automatically changed to SIM1. SIM1 was the primary and always changed from SIM2 to SIM1, after SIM2 was used. I loved that function. But in this phone I need to switch back from SIM2 to SIM1, when call ends. :(
In this model there isn't functions like in D880 or I just can't find it?

This phone comes with a lot of good features but it cannot play mp4 videos at all. This is something I found in many new models of samsung, they always remove some features from every model. Even my old samsung L700 can play movie files in mp4 format. But in L700 they have removed the skins and sms reject list too. Samsung should take this into consideration not to remove good features from new models.

i just bought the phone yesterday,the features are great and promising.people want a flawless phone which is not yet born.we complain about the case color, case friability,memory size,weight, network efficiency etc.

I have bought this phone two months before. And the headset was working perfectly then. But for two days, when i connect headset, the voice is not heard from it, but from the phone itself. The headeset is detected by the phone but audio is not transferring to it. Have anybody faced this issue. ??

go to settings & select #13 option is memory there u can find default memory then change settings as u like

i bought 6 month back one of the worst phone i have every used...u can not read hindi font on it. ....very slow in use.......i never expect this from a brand like samsung....nothing can be done.its my mistake..

1. In offline ... moreI recently purchased the above model. it is really slow in navigation. Is there a way to speed it up ? Its backcover is also very brittle and easily breakable.
I tried to vent my feeling on samsung mobile website, but their email product support popo up goes on asking "input confirm email id" despite entering the confirm email id. hence i failed.

In Samsung metro if u take anything by Bluetooth it goes to phone memory instead of going to memory card which creates problem while taking bigger files.Does this phone C6112 too has the same problem,please let me know.

I regret buying this phone and here is why.
1. In offline mode, the phone can only vibrate so you won't hear any alarms.
2. It's very slow during navigation.
3. To remove the memory card you have to remove the battery.
5. Movie quality is terrible
6. Camera is SO INSENSITIVE to light. So it's almost always dark even in night mode.
7. Night mode only exists while taking pictures, not movies.
8. Whatever I do, I can't play mp4 movies but the ones the phone recorded. I tried converting my movies to mp4 with many different audio\video rates. Only one configuration worked and it destroyed the movie quality.
9. Camera has no flash
10. When forwarding\rewinding using the music player for quite some time, a) The phone could be locked if the slide is up. b) The phone display light goes off of it's short in duration. Note that in both cases you are holding down the right\left key !
11. All the games that came with the phone were terrible and a demo !!
12. Radio never runs without the headphones. Even if it's set as an alarm to run some radio station, you will have to spend the night sleeping with the earphones in your ears in order to hear the radio station when the alarm goes !!!!!
13. The software to manage the phone is so stupid. Most of the changes you do on the software is NOT reflected on the phone including but not limited to music libraries and phone entries groups management.
14. The phone is locked when you close the sliding part. Ok may sound logical but I can't disable it. And then I use the phone while the slide is up, it locks after a while, fine but I can't even control the functionality timing !
I can't remember anything else but in the end, I'll NEVER..EVER buy a samsung in my life.

give me any ideas or software.
Also help me in creating playlists.the problem is when i create
playlist, all the songs are in the phone and memory card is listed and

How can we install Apps and Games, which the sizes... moreWay to unlock the max jar file error in some Samsung Mobiles. This code may not work in all Samsung mobile phones. But please make a try with the following instructions.
1) First of all you have to type the code *#52828378# (equivalent to Java Version) and dial it.
2) A java test menu will pop up after dialing the code. If not leave don’t try further.
3) Now in the menu, go to OTA test and change the default value (500) of the jar file to 1000
4) Which means that you can install 1000 kb of files which is 1 mb of size.
5) Now Save and restart the phone.
6) Now try to install java files which are above 500kb in size.
7) That’s all :)

Mine one is Vietnam made which was imported by Samsung India, I did not find anything wrong with the set, all the functionability are superbb.Audio & Video are great, no noise while talking, battery back up is also fine. Skiding phone are to be used with softhand, harsh use may damage sliding pins. SAR factor need to be reviewed. Overall a great product from Samsung
