Yeah buddy my bad..
They asked me to use as single sim first then try as dual sim.
when tried as single sim..first with IDEA,it keept rebooting then same happened with RELIANCE
when used as dual same auto reboot problem was very common.
Finally they accepted both handsets.
I will say c6112 is best handset but i was with badluck So faced 2 faulty handsets.

when i was in service centre, one with c6112 had a compliant on bluetooth ,where he cant recieve any files through bluetooth....

so the ultimate conclusion is newer firmwares has more problems.....
urs mobile version is 5th version of dec 2009.....
i hve ddil3 which is dec 2009 3rd version.....
the only problem i faced is ,slow when i put music backround...
user manoj had newest firmware ddja2 jan 2010 2nd version ...but with serious problem.....
may be thats because they r not releasing any new firmware for updating...
just have a visit to service centre , may be they can fix the problem...

The low battery alert sounds even in silent mode.
If I can't find a solution, it will be going back to the store the day after tomorrow.
It's a pity, since I really like it so much.
I guess that I'll buy a B5722, even if another touchscreen was not what I wanted.

The battery is going low now, so I'll check again. Maybe it just needed a good restart (fingers crossed).
I'll have an answer tomorrow.
Two flaws up till now:
-using the T9: when I insert a new word, it sometimes copies all the words that I've written before, so I get to delete a big sentence because it is repeated (strange thing... still have to find out why sometimes it happens and others not);
-the nav and other keys without back light (at this time and age? com'on, Samsung...) To make up for it, the alphanumeric keys have great back light.
If we don't count these small (but somewhat annoying flaws) it has been a really nice phone.

you can put the call on hold and answer the other one.

Question- How u made a new sound profile?
Hi Jeni!
To make a new profile, just scroll down on the menu and select one called "My profile" (you will see that there are numbers 1, 2 and 3).
Choose one and select edit. You will be able to give it a name and adjust it just the way you want.
Now, back to the battery beeep beeep:
My settings on that profile are all set to "no volume", but the low battery annoying sound was still beeping. Will check the next time it gets low.

Bought the C6112 last night... more@5800
after selecting the profile u want, in de standby screen press down arrow (de side key which is used for reducing volume). it says key volume, reduce to zero.
set alert volume to nil in profile as well
try it! i'm not sure if it works for battery low.
