erik, 09 Mar 2010can somebody help me with this concern? i have been wantin... morepROFILE SETTING PROBLEM FOR the fone.
solution
1) set maximum volume setting for sim1 and save
2) set desired volume setting for sim2 and save
3) set desired volume setting for sim1 and save
4) ENJOY!!

Nice phone with excellent features. In high demand and available in market . Even spares are not available in Service centers.

Bought the C6112 last night.
Wicked phone! really!
Only one small problem:
Is it possible to disable the low battery sound alert?
I made a new sound profile, one intended not even to vibrate or produce any kind of sound, but the low battery alert keeps beeping (like those Samsung phones from over a decade ago).
If it is impossible to disable the sound, I will have to sell it and get another dual, since my job doesn't allow me to have phones ringing or beeping.

Got it open, found a video where we can see the guy opening the back cover.
Gotta be kinda "rude" to the phone. 8)

Bought a C6112 about 10 minutes ago.
How do I open the battery cover? LOL
The manual does not provide enough information and I'm afraid it might break or something.
It is the first time I can't open a phone, and I have had well over 30.
I've checked the clips on youtube but they all have either the sims already inserted or the back cover is already open.

can somebody help me with this concern? i have been wanting to get a c6112 but the four units i've tried did have sim slot 2 profile setting customization problem! i am just wondering if all c6112 stocks have this prob;em. what exactly is the problem? after editing the sim 2 slot sound profiles (meeting, normal, driving and outdoor as i wished) and after pressing OK, i found out that the profiles remained the same before i edited them. do you experience this problem? thanks

can anybody inform me whether c6112 can record the conversation ? option is there but when i tried i can hear only my voice but i can't hear the other persons voice. please help me. whether it is handset's fault. or what ?

i had to ask that because u hve the latest dev version....
i hve seen upto ja1 but not ja2 anywhere ..
even i hve xxja1 firmware but cant updat(and even the service guy is not helping me),he says only dd### firmware is fit for ur phone......

but some how i got the update files but thats not for my country ...thats the problem....
