There is no secondary camera and no 3g then how is video calling possible in this mobile. i guess video calling option is not available in this mobile....!

You can download "Samsung Kies" from Samsung Website and use it to sync all your data starting from Organizer "Contacts, Calendar, To-Do ...etc), passing by E-mail Accounts and ending by Media (Music, Videos ...etc).

While on a call just press and hold the On/Off key for two seconds a pop-up will show up on screen with 6 sub-menu's and under that u'll find "..." Click on the three dots and u can record the call... Hope this helps

Samsung GT-C6712 Star Duos is a very nice handset in an economical price with dual sim standby, Camera quality is good, Bluetooth,WiFi, Touch Screen, I recommend this set to all of my friends. Thanks

I've had this phone about a month and really enjoy it. But being an older person I'm probably not going to require all the things that most younger users require.
My only dislike about this phone is the lack of software to connect to my computer (so if anyone knows how to do this I'd appreciate some instructions).

Good: Features, operations, social networking, browsing, sound, UI, WLAN and ease of use. Samsung Kies is simply better than the Nokia PC Suite experience, superb. The idea of linking existing contacts with FaceBook contacts is awsome, thank you Samsung. Battery life is amazing! I love the dedicated SIM switching button.
Bad: Small screen, little freaky touch keypad, lags with background operations, no GPS and VERY VERY LOW MEMORY!!! UI autorotation is too sensitive :o
How to use the modem: Either via USB or Bluetooth, I noticed it is possible to connect via EDGE/GPRS from PC only with SIM 1 and you may need to use the CGDCONT command for the modem from the device manager. You need not to have the Samsung Kies installed for this. If required, there is a driver only installer on the Samsung site.
Warning: I found corrupted installer for Kies on most of the Samsung sites, only the USA site has the valid installer.
Query: Anyone has a solution to the "INSUFFICIENT MEMORY" issue? Is there a way to store the emails and other stuff (messages, themes, etc.) to the MMC in stead of the phone memory?

this phone restart when we use it for java application for more than an hour.. example: opera mini, games
also if password is given it gets locked and doesn't accept the password.. so can't even attend incoming call if restarted..
