i have had this phone from January 2012, whenever i put music into the phone in which ever format, music still cant play saying either the file is not supported or sometimes it will play then before the song ends i have instructions that the file is invalid, why is it that?

This is a great phone guys . i can watch utube in 2g cnctn . camera is of good quality . battery life is very good . bada apps and games works on this phone . and its sturdy too . i fell it 5 times from a formidable height . but the touch is not harmed even a bit . but there are some cons also . only 30mb of intrnl memory , limited video format support , no collins dictionary , no 3g support . but u can be pretty sure this is the best dual sim phone now .
