Your argument is correct. I have same problem but my service s provider suggests me to go to samsung care to de active this as only they can do this. but there is an other way, just edit your sms center number, for which your sms will not send but remember, you have to remember that number when ever you will go to send sms

The phn is good but the biggest drawback is lowest ph memory in mobiles of its range
the touch is fine but not as promising as corby 3g or wave
plz consider phn memory b4 buying
