In my samsung gt-c6712.
there is no jad,sis file supporter and in contacts no display of contact no. with name.

why is that in this set display and light back light time has no option for switch off,is it a manufacturer mistake As my mobile display light automatically on and off with some time delay.

Dear Samsung, instead of the pathetic Star 3 Duos which you have released recently, can we have an ACTUAL IMPROVED VERSION of the STAR III DUOS with the following improvements:
-> Add 3G with a front facing 2mpx camera.
-> At least a good 5 mpx continuous Auto-focus camera with 1080p @ 60fps and Dual-LED flash.
-> A mechanical Shutter Key.
-> An IPS LCD of 4 inches with multi-touch.
-> A 2000 mAh Li-Po battery.
-> You can also give a slide out QWERTY keyboard and come up with STAR III PRO DUOS. That would be very nice and thoughtful of Samsung.
Dear SAMSUNG please give some really good updated product, instead of just adding a new name.

pl dont buy this mbl,phone memory is less its showing as 30mb but it includes the ringtones all the stuff,if we set a song as ringtone the song is copied into phone memory.
we cant minimise the browser
if we use multiple applications,the task manager is displayed to close the applications.its disgusting
touch is not so gud.

Anil Kumar Kariveda i was also having the same problem aon very next day i purchase it...
but i used a code *2767*3855#
this code made my set 100% ok..but remember before using this code save the data from phone memory

I bought one 3 weeks ago. The only good thing here is the dual sim and I dont have to carry 2 phones. Some of the applications are rubbish. I have to tap hard to open the icons. mediocre touch pad. cannot connect to pc. no available pc suite. What else?,,and what do you expect....this is made in china and most china products are definitely RUBBISH..
I do not recommend this for smartphone users.

Is this dual sim incomming and outgoing call can support at a time? If support i wanna bye it. But nokia c2-03 touch dual sim can not incomming call support. One sim till support and other sim still disconnected when i talk by a sim. It is disgusting. But i have symphony s110 dual sim mobile always dual sim incomming and outgoing call support, call record, radio record, voice record, 2 megapixel good camera, 1800 mpha long lasting battery, still body, web cam, mobile modem can be use with computer by pc suite.

i use this phone & thank god it is realy so very nice.wow factors in bettery backup,multimedia,touchsensor and its applications.but a -ve markon its theme;its so rare

Anyone of the user can clarify my Doubts ?
since, Samsung is not at all worried our Problems
1) How to activate the Join key during Conference Call.
2) Which type of extension will support this model to run video file.
3) The given catralogue is like a bit notice, unable to understand all the running issues.
4) The seller / Dealer doesn't know anything about this phone features.
4) Rs.1000 China Mobile has got all the features, with user friendly operation.
