Does somebody knows the maximum number of SMS stored in the memory in this Samsung? That's because I need a dual SIM with no limit because of my job!!! Many thanks!!!
PS: Yes, I know there is always a limit... but I mean for example not limited to a fixed number of 100 for example :D

buddy its a great photo with qwerty keypad, optical scroll, and all basic things in low budget, and the good thing is Dual SIM standby.
Its simply value for money.

Hi Paul,
As Prateek said, you really seem to have very good knowledge about these phones. Even I am in a fix whether to buy samsung chat 322 or micromax Q75. I had a micromax phone earlier and I faced hell a lot of problems with it by sending it to service center. That's true they take 2 months to repair your phone, infact they took 2 and 1/2 months in my case. It was really horrible. I decided not to buy micromax again but my friends' micromax mobiles were working well. They have been using them for 2 years I guess and absolutely no problem. So, I am unable to decide.
I use the phone only for talking and texting.. Nothing else. I want good battery backup and it should be able to pull in a lot of signals. I talk a lot over bluetooth headset while driving. So, the call shouldn't get cut frequently. Give me your suggestion yaar and it will be final. I will go for it. By the way, happy new year and thanks in advance :)

i bought this model recently overall good for texting and simple day today use with afordable price main features optical track pad dual sim negative point no 3g but over all not bad phone

I bought the phone a week ago for 4.2k from Bangalore.Its VFM.The reliability factor is a big concern.One of the sim cards were always being shown as either switched off or busy when I tried calling from a friend's number,it got rectified once I restarted the phone.The phone has restarted at least 4 times in one week,even while doing nothing,with no external apps installed and for no reason.I am eagerly waiting for Samsung to release the firmware update sooner than later.

I had buy Chat322 on 1 Jan. i had tried installing opera 4.2 but it is not installing. can any body tell how to install? n what additional software i can install?
This cell phone is good one. I am satisfied with the performance.

I have used most of the talked about qwerty handsets now in the market. Micromax Q75 is a very good mobile considering the price point and its qwerty keypad is much better than the C3222 and Moto Ex115. Social networking and internet has no problems either and you can install as many apps you want. But the thing which bothers me is the reliability. Though my handset is still working and its been 6 months now, but once a Micromax gets a visit to the service center, it doesn't come back before 2 months. And also the SAR rating is much more than the normal, which is very bad for your health.
Moto EX115, I love the cell. I don't care what others say because most of them talk without actually using them. Using the same JAVA OS as the Micromax, Moto has done a very decent job of making the software fast and more reliable. No hangups, crystal clear sound, great camera, great social networking. The keypad I think is a bit tight , but thats always a personal view. But the battery is way less than the Micromax and the Samsung.
The Chat322, has a smaller screen compared to the other two. Keypad is good, but a bit small. Social networking and internet works great. Sound is very good (though moto wins in the loudspeaker volume and clarity). Very less space for the apps. You have to delete the preinstalled games to install a 3rd party browser and a social networking app like Nimbuzz. I can live with this thing as I dont need anything else in my phone but many people like installing many apps so its your call. And Samsung has the best service out there.
PS: I confirm that the phone sometimes restarts itself. Its a very quick restart though but it happens without any reason.

@paul/sibin: hello. You both seem to have a decent knowledge about the dual sim mobiles. I'm planning to buy a new mob which needn't be a dual sim. I'm looking at chat, micromax Q75 and few others within 5k range. Can you pls suggest me which is the best buy? Q75 has wifi and chat's software seems good. Reading few comments i'm confused if samsung is dual sim active or not. Of course micromax is NOT dual active and its only dual standby. Would you suggest me nokia C3 over and above these two mobiles? Reliability and ease of use is main for me. I do lot of social networking too.
Can you pls suggest me regarding this? Also is the upcoming mobile samsung chat 335 a dual sim...? That has wifi. What i could figure out was that it has identical features as the nokia C3. . . Thanks :)

Hello All,
Samsung c3222 is an excellent business class phone, I could work on mails in my mobile and sms storage is also excellent and using Dual sim..it seems to be superb. On SIM 1 I use for calling and at the SIM 2 I use for internet ...its wow class phone..Good Opportunity for who are willing to upgrade/change their phone.
